Both experiences were excellent. My family have tried the catfish, pork chops, chicken, greens, green beans, coleslaw, black eye... peas which were my favorite, everything was delicious! Customer service is great! Definitely a hidden gem! We will keep comingback! Read more

I was so hoping their food would be good. I had fried chicken, there was no breading on it. Just a chicken breast thrown in a... fryer. It came out looking like an alien. The okra was tasteless, and macaroni gross. The place is dirty too. We waited 40minutes on food and we were one of two tables there for an early dinner. It?s a no from us. Read more
I took my parents here tonight just to try something new. It was awesome! The fried catfish was some of the best I?ve had. The... staff are friendly and attentive. I just felt happy in their presence. My dad is in poor health and hasn?t been eating. He ate!He kept saying how much he loved it. I can?t rave enough about it. Read more
Customer Service is of non-existence unless the staff knows you personally or you're palm colored ( my experience while waiting... & observing)... No one speaks or says hello upon entering. I felt like I was a bother at their place of business. A simpleorder- catfish sandwich & fries took 30mins. The food is not bad, I'll say that. I've ordered here before, the catfish isamazing but it's not enough to be a repeat customer & spend money when you're not welcomed especially in this economy whenpeople are more picky then ever how we spend our hard earned money. This was my 1st time in person, so I am very disappointed.My fish sandwich was not as I've had before. My order has been better delivered than in person today. My sandwich was made withtwo pieces of very dry bread, lettuce, tomatoes, & fish- DRY!!! Went here for the first time today and really enjoyed it. My wife and I both had fried catfish with collards and fried okra and... it was delicious!! Not a fancy place but the food was great and the service was attentive as well. We will be back! Read more
We wanted to Try Cindy?s for a long time. When we arrived it took the waitress at least 20 minutes to get waters to our table.... We realize she was slammed but it was at peak hour with only one other customer in house. The wings were very bland andtasteless. The macaroni was still cold in the middle. I believe that there make as ordered is not accurate . There aredefinitely items that are being reheated. My daughter got the country fried steak which was not seasoned. Lastly when we went tocheck out the prices seem to have been bumped up by time we got to the register and she wouldn?t give me a print out of theticket. When I went to use my card it did not give the option to give less than a 18% tip, which it took her about 45 minutes toget our order out. This was not a great experience and we will not come back.
