Worst service and food I've ever received from Hooters. The server SAT at one guy's table 95% of the time we were there. She... came by our table for less than 30 seconds at a time and returned back to this guy table where she SAT for 10 to 20 minutes at atime. As a result the food arrived lukewarm (Her fault). My shrimp had no flavor, they were so bland I thought my taste budswere defective(Not her fault).I eat what I order and don't complain and pay for it, Good or Bad. But when you ask "How was it?",I give my honest answer. So when you do nothing, not even send the manager to my table then I question your concern withcustomer satisfaction. Read more
Service was quick and friendly. One of the only places to eat that's open after 9/10pm. Thankful for that. Food was good.... Portions were nice. Definitely would recommend. I'll be back. Read more
Very disappointed... Went to have Tex Mex nachos. They were out of chips. Autumn was a very sweet helpful waitress. We were... first led to a high table.. We always prefer a booth so I let them know that. So then they cleaned a booth for us. Read more
We ordered delivery and it took over 2.5 hours to get our food. I?m pretty sure that the delivery driver was snacking on the... food before it arrived unless a $10 order of onion rings is supposed to only have a small handful that barely covers the bottomof the container. Our order was $64 but somehow with delivery and other charges it somehow became $120. None of the food waseven remotely warm despite the delivery information telling us it was going to be late to insure that the food was fresh andhot. I am pretty disappointed in what was received and expected more along the lines of freshness, food portions delivery time. Especially with the price that we paid. Read more
Never ever, ever a complaint from me about Hooters. For me since 1986 it has always been great food and friendly atmosphere. Sad... they no longer have a restaurant in Downtown Nashville, used to be a hockey gameday ritual. Today I tried the new ghost pepperwing sauce and a warning, it's really good in moderation. Went here with my husband tonight and was excited to try the food there for the first time. We are new to the area and wanted to... try out some of the restaurants. We got there at around 5:40, and the hostess asked us if we were picking up to go or dining in.We said dining in. She said ?ok, be right back.? Then 5 or so minutes go by, she isn?t back yet, and some other server asks usif we have been helped yet. We said somebody said they were helping us but disappeared. She then seated us. We sat there for tenminutes and nobody acknowledged us to take our drink order for anything, though some servers did glance at our table withoutcoming over. We decided to leave at 6:10 or so and saw the server who had initially greeted us cleaning another table and payingno attention. I understand restaurants are short handed but this was really disappointing. I felt like nobody was polite orattentive at all even when we were polite and patient about everything. Read more
