Place was absolutely wonderful. Very clean with a friendly staff, and Awesome Food. Highly recommend the oyster Rockefeller, it... was delicious! Ms Becky was very sweet and friendly. The place has a great vibe right when you walk in the door, you get afeeling that you?re welcome and you?re going to have a good time. We went there for my wife?s birthday, we don?t get out a wholelot due to her illness, so I?m very happy that we chose this place! I ate here close to 2 months ago and it was garbage but we gave it another try and it was 100% better! The food was AMAZING! The... manager said they had a special chef from Tennessee come in and re-train and rehire all the cooks about 2 weeks ago. My husband,myself, and my 2 young children all thought the food was so so good! And the manager Grace was absolutely amazing! She dideverything she could to make up for our poor visit the last time and definitely out did herself! That woman is an angel!Seriously if you ate here before and the food was not good give it another try now! YOU WILL NOT BE DISAPPOINTED!! 10 outta 10stars! We will definitely be returning. Visiting GA for the first time (FL native) and our hotel is nustled beside Jefferson?s. Came in for a short time to try a local... restaurant and a local drink. Sergio was incredible! Made our drink (liquid marijuana) with love and made sure we enjoyed it!Sergio seems to be running this place without being properly compensated (my personal opinion). He?s running the bar, runningthe front, answering the phone all while providing outstanding service and a great attitude. A one-man show. I?d like to see theother staff pick up the pace and work even half as hard as I?ve seen him do in only 20 minutes. Sergio - thank you for anamazing experience! I went to have dinner at Jefferson?s. I ordered wings which tasted really good. I thought the food was overpriced. The... atmosphere was ok, however the facilities smelled like a kitchen cooking a excessive amount of fried food. Customer service wasexcellent. Used to go a lot. Good burgers and such. But the one in hiram has become inconsistent in quality. When the prices went to 7.99 I... was done. 8 bucks for 5 wings....too much for me The owner replied and I called. Got voicemail with no response. I sent thefollowing to his email tonight: Hi David, I did call you a while back and got voice mail. A few weeks ago we went back at therequest of friends. The wings in my opinion were still high priced but the service was good. We found out you did some housecleaning and it seems to have worked. We went back again last week with my Grandson and had exceptional service and food.Unfortunately we went tonight with friends again. Service was ok. Wings were unbelievably small again and not surprisingly,ordering all flats resulted in flats and drums. I simply said I didn?t want anything. The friends received 5 additional wings tosupplement the size of the first order. Really, almost 8 dollars for the pitiful sized wings we received tonight is ridiculous.The fact that we never know what we are going to get in regards to food quality or size of wings, to me, is a real issue. Aswith other restaurants I?ve provided poor reviews to, consistency is key. A customer comes to your establishment because theyknow what they are ordering will be the same every time it is ordered. And in the Hiram Jefferson?s that is not the case.Whether its wings or cheese steaks. I will say that those in our party that ordered burgers were happy. However those whoordered wings were not. You need to straighten out your supply chain and hold the wait staff and kitchen staff accountable fortheir inability to provide properly executed orders. The waitress said she talked to the manager. But it was disappointing thatthe manager couldn?t be bothered to talk to us about our issue. Read more
Update 9/1/22 - Jeffersons still has awesome wings. Had the lemon lepper tonight and they were spot on. Everything was very... good. Stay on it Jeffersons because we dont like Taco Mac ???? Came to Jeffersons tonight because well Taco Mac in Hiram hasjust completely gone down hill. So we decided to try Jeffersons again and boy am I glad we did. We had great service and thefood was excellent. Whoever cooked the wings tonight needs to be cloned because they were perfectly cooked and seasoned. I hadwings and my brother had wings and they were the big ones not little bitty things. My husband had a hamburger steak and he evensaid it was good. We sat ate wings and enjoyed watching some Atlanta Braves Baseball. Its doesnt get any better than wings andbaseball!!! Read more
