HORRIBLE experience in the drive thru. We got to the drive thru at 8pm, finally got to the order screen at 8:24pm, then got to... the window at 8:40pm. The order was correct and the money exchanged hands properly, but the fact the who transaction took 40minutes in the drive thru was super poor service. I hate going to this McDonalds Read more

This concept doesn't match its price point anymore. Overpriced with a narcissistic staff that messes up your order and gives... you attitude if you try to get your food prepared correctly or let them know that you were missing items. Read more

Terrible service, 0 stars. Doesn?t matter what you order from DoorDash there?s always something missing from this particular... store AND THEY DON?T PICK UP THE PHONE FOR YOU TO TELL THEM???? like seriously, the first time i let it slide since it was latein the night and i work customer service so i understand, but this is the third time and the EXACT SAME ITEMS weremissing???? I went through the drive thru and ordered breakfast and the iced caramel Frappuccino was awful and the breakfast burrito was... cold. I spent 17.28 and most of it is in the garbage. I won't being going there anymore. Don't waste your money. Read more

Absolutely horrible this is my second encounter with horrible service the first time the night manager with the dreads tried to... say I lied about the foot they didn?t give me and tonight the drive thurs lady not sure if she was Hispanic or white but sheturned to the black girl and smiled I guess cause the sweet tea ran out and I guess she thought she was going to be smart byadding unsweetened tea the customer service is horrible would not recommend when your customers start going to otherestablishments you will then see why the crew needs to understand what industry you work in you do not play with people food atall ! Went inside for counter service as drive thru was long. Ordered a medium frappe, was made and left in machine was liquified.... Asked for a fresh one, after 10 minutes asked for a refund. Don?t go inside for counter service, it?s slow and they focus ondrive thru and don?t care about counter customers. Read more
