I give this place a one star because they have no customer service. They are always rude and run out of items from the menu... quite often?but they do love to charge you upfront, prior to them giving you your food (making you wait forever until the itemsare cooked). I don't like giving bad reviews. However, after going to this location about five times and every time I go they never have what... I order. So I will choose something else and they don't have that either. If this has happened only once I would not leave a badreview. It's very frustrating, especially when you're on your lunch break and they never have food. I'm not even sure whythey're still open. Read more

I have had ups and down with the food at this specific Panda Express. The last time I got the food, it was literally the best I... had ever had from there. This time was not nearly as good but was still better than your standard fast food joint would havebeen. I recommend going when they have a few cars in line because you can almost guarantee the food is fresh then. Read more

The only reason I even gave stars is because when they do have food to provide it is very amazing?. But they rarely do. Not to... much to complain about it?s actually normal and understanding. The specific visit I had yesterday was actually pretty horrible.I placed an online order that should have been ready at 6:55pm per instructions after I ordered. I arrived at 7:05 and walked tothe counter asking for my order and I was told several times I didn?t have an order there. After about 5 minutes my receipt wasfound on the ground?? once it was picked it it was just placed on the counter. I watched them make at least 20 platters beforemy ticket was even considered. It wasn?t until I said something they started my order. Once my order was given to me I went tothe car and checked my food, both orders wrong. I take my food back and was told certain foods were replaced because they wereunavailable (which was never mentioned when my food was handed to me) and that I had to wait another 20 minutes to receive thecorrect order while I just waited 20 minutes for an order that should have been ready 10 minutes before I arrived. After waitingI watched them make 4 more plates before mine??. After explaining my issue to the shift supervisor his response was ?it?s goingto take 15 minutes to make and I know that because I?m the one cooking it???????????????. Let me start by saying I eat the same thing EVERY single time we get panda. During our visit here we found out that they were... out of all of the rice options in the drive thru and had to try to think quick for an alternative (once again we literally eatthe same thing every time so we don?t just have the menu memorized) and the guy taking the order had the audacity to rush usmultiple times. I get that there?s a line, but at the same we didn?t drive here already knowing they were out of rice, but wedid drive there already knowing the same order we get EVERY time?Like I?m sorry maybe don?t be out of a main side next time!? One day the inside is closed and it?s drive thru only, I watch the drive thru the next few days to find a good time to go, I go... and what do you know the drive thru is now closed and it?s inside only. Come on just find a routine and stick to it!!! Triedagain 6 mo later. Very small portions for a high price. No customer service from the lady at the hand out window 8:45 7/13/22.Ridiculous no wonder they aren?t getting business anymore!! Read more

Went into this location on a Saturday at lunchtime. Zero customers inside. Zero customers in drive thru lane. Observed no food... whatsoever, hourly staff standing around doing nothing. No management staff apparent. No motivation, no apologies. This is theUnited States circa 2022. Panda Express, if you can't fulfill the most basic responsibilities of a public fast food restaurant(having food available) you need to lock your doors permanently. My wife and I have been coming to this location in Hiram for years. Food is usually fresh and very flavorful. Came here solo... today as i was craving some Panda express. I usually only get the Kung Pao chicken as it's a never fail all around good meal.Today I had the Kung Pao and also the Beijing beef, which I have had a few times. The kung pao was good as usual, but theBeijing beef was a lot more dry, almost like the meat was overcooked, or maybe it sat under the heat lamp too long. The serverbehind the counter (Edda) is a great representative of who you would want serving your customers; she was very polite andextremely professional, she even walked the dining area and asked how everyone was doing. Hopefully they will keep her here andpay attention to her and reward her appropriately. Place was mostly clean except my table had not been wiped down yet, but itwas about 12:45 on a Monday (Jan 11, 2019) so that happens. 5 stars for that employee, 3 for Beijung beef, 4 for cleanliness,total 4.
