Is Popeyes chicken really that good for customers to keep coming back? Every time I come here it is a horrible experience. Long... and slow lines, unavailable items, rude employees, and poor customer service. If it wasn?t for Popeyes being my wife andfamily?s favorite chicken and the convenient location, I would never come back. Popeyes is also my favorite fast food chickenbut it does not outweigh the negatives of this company and specific location. Almost every single time I come to this locationthey are out of something. Whether it?s chicken sandwiches, Mac and cheese, or some other standard items that they should alwayshave available. Not too mention that about 25% of the time when I arrive home from the drive thru window I have items missingthat I have paid for. I really wish Popeyes would get their act together as a company, I cannot just put the blame on thisspecific location because I have had similar experiences at many of their other location. Everytime I go here I realize that they are only taking one order at a time. They will tell you to wait at the speaker until... they move the one car in front of you.. They take your order and then nine times outta ten the order is wrong!! Then they willgive you an attitude of you bring it to their attention. I've never seen such laziness at a fast food place.. No wonder yallcan't move the line at all. This place certainly needs new management. Read more

9/3/ 2022- I went to Popeye and had the rudest experience from a Latino female manager and light-skinned young lady-crew member.... The most nastiest attitudes & customer service experienced I've ever had at any Popeye's I've been. The energy of the Latinofemale manager & light-skinned young lady who was a crew member gave me was not provoked nor did I have any prior exchange withthese ladies for the customer service I encounter. I pulled up in the drive through and placed an order. My order was taken bya very pleasant black young man with an accent. When I got to windows the young man with the accent and a young lady were doingan awesome job. I had two separate large orders, I was asked to pull up, and they said they would bring my food to me. Iresponded with an okay and pulled up. This is when my experience went from heaven to hell. There appeared to be a shiftchange. I waited in my car 30mins before one part of my order was brought to me. Then an additional 20mins for my second order.Almost an hour for my food. There is so much more to this experience but I can't write it all in this thread however, Corporatehas all the details. I did get in touch with the Corporate/Franchisee Department. The treatment I experienced was to small forthe customer service call center level, I needed to speak to an Executive at the Corporate level. I'm don't know if anythingwill be resolved at this store but Corporate is involved. I'm not advocating anybody lose their jobs but those two ladies DONOT need to be in customer service and definitely not in leadership position. Even when I was in the store waiting for my 2ndorder, the atmosphere of the team was chaotic. AS I read the reviews, I see why this store is poor performing store. Read more

Completely understaffed! Waited 45 minutes in drive-thru only to see a sign that said cash only" at the drive-thru and that was... last minute, then told they are out of chicken sandwiches. No warning, just wait and find out the negatives at the last second. Had to leave and eat at Chick-fil-A fila. Quite frustrating. Gave 2 because there were nice people on our last visit. Read more

Staff needs to be retrained. The drive thru line stays long, each car order takes 8 to 10 minutes. They take an order then prep... that meal before even taking the next order. Their Dining room is not open. Learn to multi-task people. Read more

I had a terrible experience at this Popeyes. Waited in the drive through for about 20 minutes due to the line. Finally got to... order a 2 can dine mixed classic & spicy and pulled up to the window. I asked the girl at the window for some barbecues sauceand jelly. She acted as if she had a problem with me asking for the condiments. She gave me my card back and asked me to pull upto the arrow and they?d bring my food out. I waited at the arrow for about 15 minutes and no food. I get out my car to go checkto see if they?d forgot about me. Surely they did because she grabbed my food that was already bagged off the counter. I checkedmy bag and there was no condiments. I immediately asked very nicely for the condiments and the girl at the counter ignored me. Iwaited until she finished doing what she was doing and I just stood there looking to see if she was going to help me. I?mstanding there and she turns her back to start preparing another order as I?m standing at the counter waiting on my condiments.I was appalled at this point but kept my cool. I said excuse me ma?am can I get some barbecue sauce and jelly she didn?t sayanything but got the condiments. I said thank you and she didn?t even acknowledge my thank you. I got home to eat my food and myorder was not right. I ordered classic and spicy. All they gave me was classic. To top it off there was no spoon or napkins inmy bag. I am very disappointed with the service I received at this Popeyes. This is definitely a zero star place for me. Read more
