In the last month I've stopped to place an order and each time denied. Its either cash only next online pickup only. Than at 6pm... we're closed. This store does not want business. Always denied between 5pm and 8. Online orders only really gets me. And sorrywe're out of burgers. Sorry you don't like business. Plenty of other places to go. Read more

They give lots of napkins! Always great for spitting out the food they serve. I do not like to complain. I can sum it up and... just say bad. Bad service, bad food, horrible wait time. Nothing personal besides charging over $10 for a combo, with the drinkbeing the best part. I used to look forward to getting Wendy?s but I can?t spend any more time or money here. Need a properstaff and maybe a little communication. Every time we grab dinner here it?s worse than the last time. Read more

The efficiency of the drive through has gotten inconsideraly slow for the customers waiting and when we get the food it's cold.... Not to mention the attitude and carelessness to the customers and job the workers are assigned. It's almost like theyintentionally hired highschoolers who don't have any work ethic and only care about mingling to themselves while the customerstares right at them. Read more

Nasty nasty NASTY food! Everytime we go they get the order wrong or whatever it may be that day. One day my husband got my... FAVORITE sandwich from Wendy?s and I was like ok bet! Awesome I go to eat it and I took a bite and there was a hair and Ithought it was mine until I took another bite and saw it was wrapped around the whole patty and then I threw up and I can?t eatfrom this Wendys anymore everytime I try I gag and end up not being able to eat the meal. Placed a simple order of chicken nuggets meal with Dr. Pepper, 2 ranch and 2 sweet & sour. Single burger no cheese, fries and 1... kids nugget meal. Got 2 kids meals, 2 kids dr. Peppers, small burger no lettuce or tomato. Drove through again to try tocorrect and had to pay for 10 piece nugget meal even after paying for Xtra kids meal I did not order. Got home there were only7 nuggets, 1 ranch and 1 sweet and sour. At least the burger and fries tasted good. Read more

Ordered breakfast at 10:20, had to adjust order since they were out of breakfast biscuits even though we were there 10 min... before they switch to lunch. I paid cash to which I received no receipt. After waiting a few min at the sec window, theyinformed us 1 of the sandwiches could not be made because they were out of eggs. We asked for a refund which took anotherseveral minutes. The refund receipt showed only the sandwich they didn't have leading me to believe they didn't process theoriginal and are stealing the cash transactions. Horrible people working here gave attitude the whole time. Read more

Please pay attention to order's! Build the right burger! 9 times out of 10 we get home from drive through to find out burgers... are not what was ordered... Burbon bacon burger has the sweet sauce but,, No pickle. No onion. No tomato. No mayo... Yuk....Seriously,, not one order has been correct the last 6 or 7 visits... Fix it please Read more

IWe pulled into the drive thru line early on a Sunday afternoon and we were 3rd or 4th in line, but the line moved quickly The... employee on the intercom was polite and friendly and her voice was loud and clear on the intercom (imagine that!) We paid at thefirst window and as we pulled ahead to the second window, the bag with our order was being handed to us as we slowed to a stop.Our order was filled correctly and our food was hot and well-prepared. Long story short - this is the way you always hope yourdrive thru experience will be but very rarely is anymore. Good job, Hiram Wendy's. Read more
