A coworker recommended. This is not your typical chain restaurant. I do not understand why this restaurant doesn't have a line... out the door. Location I assume. I have reviewed at least a hundred restaurants. The food here is absolutely amazing. First timethere so I ordered 2 entrees and an appetizer. Beef birria quesadillas, a lamb birria taco, tamales and of course chorizo queso.I finished everything in front of me. My waitress was super sweet and very attentive. Sad that I have lived just a few milesfrom here for years and just now had the chance to try it. Honestly didn't know it was here. Off the road and not easily seen.If you like this kind of food it's a must try. Definitely gonna put this place on my go to list. Left extremely satisfied. Read more

I hate to leave bad reveiws. But here goes..The food looked really good online and in person. There were a lot of good reviews... so I wanted to give this place a try. The birria tacos and soup had no taste. The queso dip was watery and not the best. Thetortilla chips were too hard. The fajitas were dry and bland. Add seasoning please. Meat dishes had a lot of sitting oil inthem. My quesadilla had so much oil on the bottom. The rice and French fries were good. We spent over $55 on 2 people to trydifferent foods on the menu. If Google had the option for someone to leave a 6 star review once per year... this restaurant would get my star. The best... Mexican food in Hixson without question. Staff is always on point and the environment is exactly what you would want whileenjoying an authentic meal. Occasionally will order take out and the meal is always nicely packed with a personal note thankingyou for your business. If you haven't been, I highly recommend. Read more
Someone recently reccomended this restaurant as the place to go for authentic Mexican food. Unless you know where it is you will... pass it by because of the signage but it is well worth the effort to find this hidden treasure! Every dish our party ordered wasoutstanding. All the ingredients were so fresh and honestly it's the best Mexican food I've had in Chattanooga. I highlyrecommend the Flautas and the queso and guacamole were also standouts. I would give them 5 stars except they seemed to beunderstaffed. Even so, we were served with a smile. If you love authentic Mexican food go here! Read more
