Every single time I order here they are always short a delivery driver or staff and it takes nearly an hour to get my food.... Drinks have ice completely melted. This location literally gives Jimmy Johns a bad name. Read more

Usually a relatively solid option but not feeling it anymore. We ordered for 3 of us and half of our order was missing. It just... wasn't in the bag. Not a complicated order. Tried calling and either got a message the line was busy or it rang and rang until Igot the same message. Read more

HOW DO YOU MAKE A JJBLT? BLT stands for Bacon, LETTUCE, Tomato yet my sandwich was bacon and tomato. yet my order was a JJBLT... light tomato, I got no lettuce, no mayo, no vinegar and oil. Manager after the fact took care of it for the future, which isappreciated. Read more

Usually a very good. Good amount of meats on your sub. Certainly not as sparse as subway. And fast on getting the wait line... down. Well worth a lunch there. Always " so far " going back. Read more

I would personally like to say, that on Wednesday 9/29/2021 (I specify because I didn?t catch the names of the MOD or Delivery... driver) - I placed an online order, was IMMEDIATELY called by the manager to inform me they only had one driver for deliverythat evening, and she?d just left with 7 orders, and was I okay knowing it?d probably be at least an hour. I absolutely was, andappreciated this facility took the initiative to even do that. KUDOS! Thinking I?d wait a little longer, my driver showed up,literally, one hour. Smiling and all. BIG HUGE SHOTOUT to this team? they are working HARD, The food service industry isfighting a losing battle, but these employees need to be recognized! Thank you SO much. A zero stars rating should be available for this store. This is the top to bottom worst customer service experience I've ever... been subjected to. I placed a delivery order for 2 combos and 1 cookie. First of all it did not even leave the store for 45minutes and took 1 hr and ten minutes to be delivered. Which even though it's ridiculous, I can possibly understand if they werereally busy. Then I receive my order and there are no chips and no cookie. When I call and speak to the manager his response isoh well we were busy. I asked if being busy was an excuse for not putting half an order in the bag and he says, yeah I have 16year old girls working for me, what do you want me to to about It? Already sent an email to JJ corporate about the service andthe ridiculously inept and rude manager! Read more

I don't know what is up with this place lately. It used to be really fast. It's been over an hour wait every time I order... anymore. Not sure how you can advertise "so fast you'll freak"! I'm kind of tired of waiting this long for a sandwich. And twicenow they've gotten the sandwich wrong. 1 dang sandwich, how can you get that wrong!? Very disappointed with this place.
