I tried to place an online pickup order 40 minutes before closing in Hobart, IN. Unfortunately, the computer said online... ordering was not available at that location. My husband went to the store and called me at 10:40 pm to tell me the store saidthey were no longer taking in-store orders but you could still order online. We tried again to order online after telling themanager that the online system said we could not order. Finally, the online order system said there was not enough time tocomplete my order and I could order for tomorrow. Why would the manager refuse to service a customer 20 minutes before closing? The store knows that the online system shuts down at a certain time and this is why we were told to order online because wewould be forced to not be serviced. I would like to be contacted about this issue. Read more

Went in to order and told the girl what I wanted. She was on her phone walked in the back and asked someone else to take my... order. Then he tells me it will take 30 minutes. I said no and walked out. Always long wait times here and had problems in thepast. I won't even come back. Read more

I was charged for the extra most bestest pepperoni but the lady grabbed the regular pepperoni. I didn't realize this until I got... home and noticed it was the wrong one. Plus the extra most bestest is usually in a different box. They usually make it on thespot because the extra most bestest pizza is rarely ever in the warmer. So disappointed! Read more

I waited 45 minutes for my pizza after ordering on the app. All I ordered was a $5 cheese pizza. In addition to that, the... employee was eating on top of the cardboards where our pizzas go. The young man placed his phone and his bag of chips directlyon top of the unfolded box. After eating and not washing his hands he took my pizza out of the oven and placed it on the Box andtouched it. Went by there today to get an order of crazy bread. I ended up standing there for like 20 minutes waiting for something that... should only take 8 minutes to cook fresh. There were also a few other people waiting a ridiculous amount of time for their foodas well and had small orders like me or just a couple pizzas. And while standing there waiting I'm also listening to the storephone blowing up and no one answering it and also watching mine and other people's food sit on the table getting cold afterbeing taken out of the oven and they weren't even that busy but they were all in the back doing who knows what. Which by thetime I got my food and went home, my food was pretty much cold and I live literally 5 minutes down the road. I understand thework economy right now and stuff, but as a former shift lead supervisor for Little Caesars I'm disappointed with this store.I've had the same amount of people they had today (3-4) working day shift and be more busy than what I saw today and still gotcustomer's orders out in a timely fashion. Pizzas take 8 minutes through the oven and bread about 8-10 min depending if itcooked evenly.. I know all the cook times for everything in the store, There is no excuse for the amount of time that me and theother customers had to wait for our food bc the current day staff doesn't care about their jobs. Management and/or the ownerreally needs to do something, bc this store has TOO MANY bad reviews. I probably won't be returning to this store bc aside fromthe ridiculous wait time, the store was filthy too. Read more

I understand that there are staffing issues in the country right now but you could at least train your employees to acknowledge... a customer when they walk in. There's a bell on the door for a reason. I shouldn't have to wait 15 minutes to even be spoken to.The store wasn't even busy. It's especially frustrating for delivery drivers who could be better spending their time picking uporders from places that will acknowledge them when they walk in. Read more

Nothing here was Hot-n-Ready as Little Caesars advertised. Ordered Hot-N-Ready items and waited for ~20 mins before they had my... order complete. They were notifying people of how long the wait was and about half were walking out. What I noticed while Iwaited, was how dirty this place was! Grime in all the corners and around food prep areas on the floors. Move your equipmentwhen you clean, that's gross. None of the cooks in the back were wearing any food prep gloves. It might be normal with thistype of cooking so I won't comment here, but it didn't look sanitary. Read more
