I've never had a bad experience at this location. Receiving a quality product at a good price has become an expectation. However... today this location exceeded my expectations. I failed to request a square cut (instead of pie cut) while ordering online. Thestaff recognized my previous orders and completed today's order to my liking even though the mistake was mine. As a family, we have different tastes and this is a great place for just that. My son loves their pizza and the amazing crust he... claims they have while I enjoy their pizza "bowls". Most everything is super customizable so that's even more of a plus. Alwaysfresh, hot and the delivery is super fast. I am not ever a fan of commercial style pizza but I will tell you I was really surprised how good the pizza was . The delivery... time was fast and we were in the middle of a snow storm . Marco's is our Friday night go to. We always get pizza and or wings, bread sticks, salad, dessert, etc. Last night I was sick,... my wife worked late and I didn't want to cook so I ordered the meatball casserole and a salad. I didn't each much because ofbeing sick. My son, however did. Today he has food poisoning. He is vomiting, cant hold anything down. I walked in the storeand it was all a bunch of kids walking around touching everything with their bare hands, from the food to the utensils to thephones. I never saw one wash their hands. I ordered delivery from the Hobart store three times. The first time was problem free. The second time I ordered I received a... call from the store and was told they had no one there to deliver due to employee shortage and asked I they could change myorder to carry out. I said yes and was given a new total that was minus the delivery fee but kept the nice tip I had includedfor the driver. The third time I received a call after ordering and was told they didn't deliver to the comfort Inn. It's 4.2miles. I told them to cancel the order which hasn't happened the next day. Read more
Good food. Easy Carryout Easy use App. Came in around 530pm and was able to see employee resolve issue with customer in 30... seconds flat. There was an issue with a missing iitem. The issue was acknowledged and the customer was refunded and the issuewas resolved instantly. Sometimes buying local pizza isn't just about the quality of the food but also about the quality ofservice.
