Took 10 mins to get the order I placed on the App. Took 5 mins to get their attention off the drive thru screen. I ordered a... Large Sugar Free Latte. 1st they made it small. Then they made a Large Ice coffee and at the end they gave me a medium Latte. Ileft with it because I couldn't wait more. Got to the car drove away and I didn't have a straw in my bag.
