If I could give them zero stars I would. Like everyone else has mentioned, the wait time is ridiculous. They need to retrain... their employees who are extremely rude and disrespectful. I used to wonder why they had a 3.7 review rate, but now I do not haveto wonder about that anymore. Read more
Took 10 mins to get the order I placed on the App. Took 5 mins to get their attention off the drive thru screen. I ordered a... Large Sugar Free Latte. 1st they made it small. Then they made a Large Ice coffee and at the end they gave me a medium Latte. Ileft with it because I couldn't wait more. Got to the car drove away and I didn't have a straw in my bag. It?s ridiculous that you have to be pulled up for 20 mins for McDouble bundles . Then you have to park next to people eating... their food . I don?t understand why you don?t have burgers and fries ready it?s kind of common sense that people are going toorder burgers and fries . I can understand a fish or large orders . Read more
Ordered on the app for dine-in because the drive thru line was long and my niece didn't want to wait. So we go in and our order... number is on the screen as "in progress". So we're waiting at a table for our order to be called and after 20 minutes start tonotice people who came in and ordered after us were getting their food before us. So I go to the counter to inquire about myorder, no one stops to ask me anything like people standing up there is normal. I was up there for another 5 minutes, no oneacknowledges me. The hiring manager Tania, served off my order without handing it out to be petty in my opinion. Why would shedo that? Because she's upset her daughter was fired from a job she didnt want. Like just do your job girl. I had to ask thecounter girl to help get my order because the manager didn't do her job? In the end making the employees do more by having toremake my order. This McDonald's is terrible. This Isnt the first time but They constantly get the orders wrong I would say 80% of the time. I... ordered a DELUXE chicken sandwich and got a small cheeseburger looking thing on bread for $8+ of course got that order wrongtoo. Very very small sandwiches, nothing like before. Beware because the same owner owns about 4 of them in Portage and Hobart,IN.
