There may be staffing shortages. But it took 17 minutes for me to get through the drive through. And since they didn't ask if I... wanted hot sauce last time, I asked specifically for it this time without prompting. I still didn't receive hot sauce. On Nov 17th, 2:50 P.M. I pull up to the drive-thru and the gentleman told me that they were only taking orders inside. On Nov... 14th, at 6:25 P.M. I stopped at that location and was informed that they were cash only, and you must have exact change. Whocarries cash anymore? Also, this is not my first issue there. In the past few months this is what I've run into. 1. One visitthey said only Doordash orders. 2. Another visit they said they were out of beef. 3. Another visit, last week, they said theywere out of rice. 4. And finally about a month ago they said they were only taking orders for tacos. This location is awful. It's parking lot is dark at night and there's trash all over the parking lot. Save yourself the hassle and visit the CrownPoint location. Read more

Order was completely wrong! I personally think it was an intentional error on behalf of Taco Bell. Taco Bell cancelled my... delivery order twice through their app. I place an order via door dash. FINALLY receive my food for the order to be wrong.Complete waste of time. Read more

Slower then molasses in January, did mobile app, waited fourty minutes for my food after I arrived, not once but two differnt... days, ordered food special due to food allergy and they put the item on my food still so i couldn't eat it. Don't think I'll beback to this location ever again. Read more

So I went to this taco bell around 11 pm because it's the only one in my area open late. Drove there all the way from crown... point. Tried to order the deluxe box that was advertised huge as could be on their menu. The cashier proceeded to tell me theyare sold out of that. So I asked which items and she said all of them. So then I said so I can't order a number 6 then eithershe said oh yea you can order that. So then I get to window and she said oh yea they do have that but didn't even bother to tryto fix my order. Then I get my Chalpas which literally are like frozen. Everything was cold. Chicken was disgusting because itwas so cold. Threw all my food away but what is the excuse for all this. Seriously ruined my night and any future endeavors ofgoing to taco bell. I used to work at this taco bell. There is no way I would have served this to someone. Times are hard. Food was fresh and employee was polite but to tell me that they're only taking exact change or credit card is not acceptable.... Every bank has change, every other restaurant I've been too lately has change why doesn't this restaurant have change for cash.Somebody is doing something wrong. Read more

Totally sucked. Order was wrong, they put iin a kiosk to order food and pay so the employees just ignore the customers. Saw two... different people trying to ask a question, the second guy just left because they were ignoring him. So sad..this use to be agreat taco bell. Read more

Went here around 11:15pm. What did I find in my food a piece of hair hanging out of the melted cheese on my Mexican pizza! You... know it was there before they put in oven to heat it up because when you grab the hair it picks up the cheese and shell with it.They didn?t even give us a receipt. Read more
