We used to order frequently, but after today we are disappointed and may not order again. The prices went up; I understand... that, due to inflation, but the fact that you don't even include a single ranch with your combo orders is unacceptable. So it'sOK to spend close to 100 dollars but you can't include ranch like you used to (1 in every combo meal). That is a tacky businesspractice. You can upsell on extras like you used to and I don't have a problem paying for an extra one when you include at least1. Second, half the wings were sauced the other half barely had any. If I wanted dry wings I would order a dry rub or no sauce.Before I would give you a 5 but now completely thumbs down for quality. Definitely didn't get the value it was worth. Read more
