I have just visited Sushiko by accident when I was on the way back to Texas from the White Sand National Park. The food truck... made a cozy atmosphere with the outdoor light and it made me feel warm in a cool night of December. This restaurant provideddishes that mix between Japanese food and Mexican taste (I personally think that) so they have avocado and cream cheese inalmost all of their dishes. This is the first time I try these kinds of food so I make me fell weird but special anddelicious. My friends and I tried 4 different dishes of the menu: - The Sushibom special which is a deep fried ball of ricewith many stuffs (chicken, beef, shrimp, etc) go together with shredded carrot and some kind of salad (a little bit likecoleslaw). I really love the crunchy of the fried rice. - The Pacific roll has the same taste with the Sushibom, just beprepared in a different way. I feel the roll is more portable if you need something to eat while traveling. - The Yakimeshi isjust fried rice but it delicious. They put avocado and cream cheese on top of the rice and it make me feel weird, but I stilllike it. - The I choose the pepper lime flavour for the boneless wing and I love it. The source is not too sour or spicy orsweet. It is enough to boost the taste and the crunchy of the wings. I also tried the Teriyaki source but it is kind of sweet tome so I still recommended the pepper lime. Read more

We had a bit of trouble finding the place, but we had a great meal. Not too costly and good quality ingredients.
