This is the worst run DD I've ever seen. They are located only about a mile from us so we frequent their location but I think... today we are finally giving up. They are so horribly managed it's incredible hard they still have customers. Today we tried toorder a vanilla cream filled donut and 3 boxes of original K-cups. The order taker kept asking if we meant Boston creme, whichwe did not and gave up on the donut. She then had absolutely no clue what k-cups are. She asked us to drive up to the window andagain said they don't have anything like that. My husband told her of course they do as we get them there all the time. Hebrought up a picture on his phone. She got another employee who also didn't seem to know what k-cups are. He showed her thepicture. She went and spoke with someone, came back and said they don't have the original. We left. This kind of thing happensfrequently at this location. You have to practically beg to get napkins with your order, which is often messed up. I hate todrive the extra miles to the Tequesta location but the manager there is great and knows how to train her employees as well. Read more
Lately it has gone down hill TREMENDOUSLY!!! Long waits, wrong orders 90% of the time and don?t ask to correct it? and RUDE RUDE... staff! The attitudes are plentiful and the friendly staff seriously lacking! I have gone to this Dunkin at least once a daysince they opened, until the last couple months, the experiences have been so bad I didn?t want to wast my money or time! Thismorning was the last time though! They had NO idea they give ?pup cups? then charged for it not even a half shot of whippedcream and didn?t put the munchkin on top. Never in 3 years have we ever been charged for day old munchkins and/or a pup cup.Their prices are higher than the Cove location and they make you do the work! Ordered a bagel with extra cream cheese and theygave an individual container of cream cheese to now try and spread on a cold bagel! I?ve been to this DD at least 20 times cuz I keep giving you a chance. Well this was the last time!! EVERY single time my coffee... has been wrong!!! You are Rip offs! Don?t go here go to COVE RD up the road due to ohhhorder at Bridge rd is $12.40 and cove rdwho always gets it right is $8.37. Read more
This place needs a new manager or owner to step in . You wait for 15 mins to order because of long lines you order an iced... coffee the way you want it Amount of flavor and sugar and you get it back with no sugar and it taste like S*#+t and HOT hardlyany ice . The staff of young kids have no idea how to make coffee even if you tell them how . Its the only DDs in 10 mile andit?s worth the drive to get a good cup of ICED COFFEE and SERVICE . After complaining to cooperate and they don?t even respondor compensate you just take the 10 to 12 min drive up to Stuart it?s worth your time. This is the worst DDs out there !! Worst?Worst?Worst? DDs out there! Lines are slow, handing hot iced coffee out, nasty and dirty etc. Coffees Wrong 99.99% of the... time. The only reason why even anybody comes to this trash place is because there isn?t another one for 10miles. If your onlygoing to hire teens at minimum wage to save money, do a more thorough interviews! If I didn?t have to put option of a star, Iwouldn?t have. Read more
I will admit up front that i work here, but i can honestly say that this is one of the best groups of people ive worked with.... Theyre happy, friendly, and nice. Theyre hardworking and do their best to get everything right for their customers. Nichole andCarly are amazing managers and will always listen if you have a complaint and will their best to resolve it in a friendly,timely fashion. Drive thru busy. No one wants to work inside counter. The zombie dropped a chocolate covered donut in a bag with no paper and... handed it to me. I guess this was the best of the 3 choices left in the empty racks. Read more
