My partner and I have been coming to Amanda's for brunch for a long time. If available I always try to get a seat next to the... patio. It was fairly busy today, but the service has been quite fast lately which is a plus. There are a few things I like a lotand I often recommend to friends. The french toast being one of them. It is really quite decadent and it's one of my favorites.Today I had steak and eggs for myself and we split an order of french toast for the two of us. Delish! Read more

Great food, came here for Easter brunch. Owner came out and was talking to all the of the guests. Wait time was a bit long but... the table service made up for it, and it was all worth it once we got our food! Overall, great experience. Read more

Came here for a romantic dinner, given the great rating on Google Reviews, but unfortunately it’s overrated. The food is... fairly unremarkable—the quality of the food was under average which is a real disappointment given the prices. The only goodthing about this restaurant is the cute ambiance. Read more
Good food, good drinks and good service. Their spinach omelette was amazing, griller sausage was the best, and mango margarita... was delicious. I really wanted to try the banana waffles but the kitchen closed down w/o any warning even when I asked theserver to let me know beforehand. Read more
One of the best restaurants in Hoboken. They have live music during dinner. The wine pours are generous. The focaccia could... have used a bit more seasoning. Other than that, the rest of the food was delicious! Read more
We visited Amanda’s Restaurant for Sunday brunch after making a reservation for the bar area a few days prior. It has a cute... exterior and a cozy interior that feels as though you are dining in someone’s home. The bar area has two tables near the frontdoor in case you don’t want to sit in a high chair. I ordered the Eggs Americana with a Bellini while my gf got the BelgianWaffle and Bacon with a side of eggs and a coffee. We ordered both of our eggs scrambled with cheese. There was a lot of cheesemelted on top. The taste of the food was good. It mostly tasted as though you were getting home cooking - but good home cooking.Our server was also the bartender which also may have contributed to the bellini packing a decent punch.
