Had such a great experience with Kathy this morning. Despite being super busy with the morning rush, Kathy helped me patiently... with my specialty order (which was delicious). Systems weren’t cooperating yet Kathy found a way. Grubbs management pleasetake note, you have an all-star here. Not only does Kathy deserve a raise but I bet she could offer some constructive ideas tohelp streamline the computer systems you have in place. Thanks Kathy! Looking forward to returning soon. They got my order wrong and put the sandwich on a roll instead of the long hero that its supposed to be on. Looks like you get... less fish on the roll then you do on the hero because this is what I got and it has to be the worst fish sandwich I ever had.Save your time and money because everything seems low quality. I order a Kids burger through Grubhub app and this what they send me and I called and they said since they didn’t have the... kids size they cut the meet in half. Never again it’s so disrespectful of them and they didn’t even offer to remake and hungup on me. I gave them one star but it should be 0. Never again Read more
Everything I have had here is delicious. If you’re down for some comfort food, it’s a great spot. Tater totals are... perfectly crispy and the have both Impossible and regular burgers (amongst many other items). Plenty of space, alwayscomfortable! Read more
I ordered from this place for a large lunch. I ordered for about 15 people for a 12pm delivery and everything was on time. When... the delivery guy arrived he had trouble finding the spot but he found it. He set up everything but they were missing plates theywere supposed to include, everything else was there. Very good food! I ordered late night and the food came very warm and packaged nicely. The toasted marshmallow milkshake is... AMAZING! I received all condiments and utensils needed at no extra cost. Ordered off Ubereats. Two grilled cheeses with baconand two milkshakes along with delivery came up to $52. Hefty price tag but I must admit it was definitely worth it.
