Been customer here for one year, always offer the best service and amazing choices of drinks. However, last time I was there I... noticed the chubby tea maker was smoking in front of the store. Don't know if he washed the hand or not, but my teas left with astrong cigarette smell. This is ridiculous, lots of people and kids can't stand the smell of tobacco. Bought my drinks, dropped one of them outside literally came right back in after 5 seconds of leaving. Asked if they can give me... another one, and all I get is a blank and mute stare. Frustrated with the response I just said I?ll pay for another one andimmediately after I say that an immediate verbal response and card reader is ready instantaneously. I wasn?t impressed. I?m sure the sugary teas are divine. But, I ordered a plain green tea and it was wickedly bitter. Must be... steeping too long or at the wrong temp. I drank it because I wasn?t going to let a $4 tea go to waste, but I was definitelybummed. Service was great and fast. Read more

They're awesomesauce!! Prices are pretty good but remember you get what you pay for! The staff is very friendly and very... organized. Too bad you can't eat in yet because it is a very chill vibe. Kung Fu is a franchise and they are popping up all over for good reason! Their bubble tea is the best I have had. You can get... it unsweetened, half sweet, full and no ice, light ice, double bubbles or jelly etc. Everything is to order and I get thecoconut milk tea, unsweetened, bubbles(tapioca), and lught ice and whether I order it in Columbus Ohio or Hoboken NO it is thesame amazing product. Kids loved the Oreo bubble tea, they have limited choice's for lactose intolerance among them chai milk tea, it was great. They... have a few products that are lactose free but no vegan milk. Read more
