They have good food at good prices but my biggest issue are the fries. Everyone else has complained about the fries being too... soggy and they’re right. When I got my they were very wet in oil. I threw them in my air fryer for a few minutes and while ithelped they were still soggy. Management if you see this please tell the cooks to make the fries crispy(cook them longer). Andpoke a hole in the plastic container top so the steam doesn’t make them soggier for to go orders. Read more

Been here several times, decent sandwiches. But each time, I notice the french fries are soggy and undercooked. So last time... there I asked for well-done; got home - still soggy and undercooked. So I go in today and ask for the fries extra well-done, andas I'm walking out the door I open the bag and try one. Still soggy, slightly less undercooked. I go back in and ask whats upand the cook tells me, they can't make the fries crispy because they're homemade. As I own a deep fryer myself, I explain thatcooking the fries a little longer will certainly make them more well done and crispy and he says no, they will only get soggy(the normal consistency of the fries). So because of a stubborn cook, I'll not return here, not because of bad food, but becausethere are too many great delis in this town who actually make food to the customers wishes. Read more

They did a bait and switch with the rolls, they used to use fresh bakery bread now it’s cheap store-bought hamburger rolls on... their Italian sandwiches! Found plastic in my sandwich. I got a shrug, no discount or anything. $16 for a small sandwich withcheese and veggies and an iced tea. Their sandwiches are $10 online, wish I had verified the price before paying. Really notcool! Pretty good pasta with salmon; meatballs, and the paninis.

Ordered extra toasted bagels with cream cheese and a bacon egg and cheese sandwich. This is what I got. You’ll literally get... more cream cheese on one half a bagel at any other place in Hoboken than all 3 of these bagels put together and there might behalf an egg on the sandwich (and charge $6 for it). Definitely the worst breakfast order I’ve had in a long time. Read more

I give 2 stars because the first time I went I really liked the bananas pudding. The second time I went I brought a few friends... and the women there seemed to be upset that we were trying to order - like we were bothering them by trying to give thembusiness! It was really weird. The second banana pudding was completely different from the first - the cookies were completelyhard, seemed like it had just been made and didn’t have time to soften and become actual banana pudding. Consistency is superimportant when it comes to the food biz so unfortunately I won’t be returning. Hope they can work on their service andconsistency. Read more

Wow! I thought this place was going to be GREAT! The traditional chicken cutlet with mozzarella and dried tomatoes had no flavor... at all . Barely had any sun dried tomatoes. It was super dry. My boyfriend had the grilled chicken mozzarella and Avocado whichbarely had any avo and for extra it’s $3 dollars !?! We ordered dessert the tiramisu in the picture below . It looked likethey shoveled it onto the container . It was all mushy. Never again will I order from here . Read more

Staff was very nice and polite. The outdoor seating was cozy. Mozzarella, tomato and pesto was absolutely delicious and truly... hit the spot. Definitely will return to try a few other items. The Hibiscus drink was refreshing also. Read more
