This used to be a good Starbucks really sad to see it go down hill. I worked at Starbucks for 5 years and this might be the... worst store I?ve ever been in. Waited over 20 min for one tall chestnut praline. Told the employee on register my order 3 times(it?s not even a complicated one) assumed everything was right since I made sure just to wait 10 min for them to make the wrongorder after it was wrung up incorrectly. Told the employee at register that it was wrong and had to wait another 10 min to getmy drink remade AFTER I asked where it was in line another employee said he didn?t see it. Would honestly give 0 stars butshoutout to the one barista who knew what they were doing I wish I would?ve seen your name but white striped long sleeves kidthank you for trying!! Read more

This is the worst Starbucks in Hoboken. I keep going because the location is convenient. They always get expresso drinks wrong... and even simple brewed coffee is off. Wait is always horrendous even when ordering in advance on app. On a recent visit, theyadded a sweetener to a drink that was orders with no sweetener. When I brought the drink back, they remade it but said nothing. Just blank stares? Read more

This location takes forever even when you order online 30 minutes ahead of time, AND they?ll forget something. I ordered a latte... and sandwich at noon, got there at 12:20, and had to wait until 12:40 for my sandwich to be ready. By that time I alreadyfinished my latte. Waited an hour for a croissant that I mobile ordered. Half an hour in I asked if they had my order and the woman working there... said it?ll come out soon and have my name on it? thanks I didn?t know that. Waited another 20 minutes and asked again and hesaid sorry they were out of them. Why didn?t you tell me that before? Wasted my time and had someone else bring the order outbecause they were too embarrassed and didn?t apologize or anything. Read more

Great location and I was able to get work done. Only feedback, as a previous partner. This location needs training, not customer... service training but product and drink training. I purchased a "been there" series mug and the barista had no idea how to removeit from the box, then after finally removing it, incorrectly, couldn't put it back the same way. Honestly, It was superamusing. The gentleman that took my first drink order did not repeat my order back correctly. I ordered a "grande, vanilla, oatmilk latte" and he just stared at me then said, " so a 16 oz latte with vanilla?" <-- this would never fly in Seattle.Lol. Sorry to be that guy to nitpick at it, but I passionately love Starbucks and just want all stores and partners to succeed. Read more

Whoever is reading this please do yourself a favor and DONT GO HERE. Ruined my saturday morning waiting 45 minutes for a cup of... cream with a splash of iced coffee. Workers are rude and take out their frustrations on the customers. 0/5 experience. Read more

Bad service. Staff is rude. I ordered a caramel Frappuccino and it tasted or looked nothing like it. It was just milk and... Crushed ice. Today when I went in, I was waiting for my order and I could see flies on the display food. And they are alwaysshort of food or some add-ins. Read more
