This place is trash lol. I?ve had 2 different drivers drop my order cause they?re probably taking so long lol. I?m gonna lie to... door dash and tell them I never got my food. Nice crispy fries, soft inside. Delicious little chicken nuggets. I called then poppers. Huge chicken fingers.. like... dragons???? Great food???????????????????? P.S. I went back the next day and got the CHICKEN FINGERS... THEY'RE HUGE. I had towait for a fresh batch. I sampled the Thai sweet sauce and fell in LOVE. I went to this store yesterday, Monday, July 4th at 7:43 PM to pick up an order. Imagine the lady was playing with her phone... while I was waiting for her to check with me. When I called her, she was upset. I disturbed her. I supposed to let her play withher phone. I understand now why you have 3 stars on google. I can?t even give you 3 stars for this customer service you provide.The manager should check the camera and be serious with the employees. Waited ~ 30 mins. for walk-in order. Clearly there was NO organization whatsoever. Part of our order seemingly wasn't even... started until ~20 mins. in. Then, the only employee that understands how fast restaurants work, apparently, moved to the backof house to cook our food. That means that less experienced, less customer savvy, less detail oriented employees were moved tothe front of house. Didn't realize that our sauces (that were poured and stacked!) weren't included in our bag, until we gothome. What a disappointing experience. Such a shame since I really love their food. Hesitant to return. Guy taking our orderwas clearly running the show. To the guy in the orange crocs doing *every* job - you were the only shining light of this visit. Keep up the fantastic work. The delivery order was correct and the food tasted fresh. However, it?s a big red flag when the best thing you get from a... chicken finger place is the fries. Sauces were good. Fries were great. Coleslaw was bland and stale tasting, and the portion wastiny for $2. The chicken fingers tasted good but were over cooked to the point where they were stringy. Still moist inside, butstringy and tough to chew. Very disappointed to receive sub par chicken tenders from a place that specializes in chickentenders. Watermelon soda was decent. I feel that the chicken fingers could have and should have been crisper. They were wobbly and did not seem fresh. Fries were... decent.
