I came in to place a To Go order for myself and a manager. We have ordered in the past with little to no issues. However, this... time I came in contact with who was the manager on shift that was named Dave, I believe. I asked to see a menu, he gave me themenu with no attitude. However, when I asked him if it was okay to bring the menu next door to show my manager, he changed hisdemeanor. He was extremely rude and took the menu back and said no. He brought up the fact that I can look at it online, but Iexplained that the menu online wasn’t updated. He was very dismissive and rude saying shaking his head and voicing that theanswer was no. He then said “Are you even at the right place?” I then said I won’t be ordering from you guys. As a managerhe shouldn’t be talking to anyone the way he spoke to me. He then came to my workplace late at night after all of the serversand hostesses were gone and only the bartenders were left, asking where my manager and I were. The food is okay. Nothing super special. However, I did enjoy their fries. We got virgin pina coladas and they were okay. I... personally felt like the pina coladas were too sweet but they were only 6 dollars, so I can’t complain too much. The buns forthe sandwiches were too hard in my opinion. This place has an incredible vibe, an incredible view, incredible (and not ridiculously expensive) food, and when we went there... on a Wednesday evening at dinner time, it was not crowded. They also had the Yankees-Mets game on. I got the Hall Burger andS’mores Cookie Skillet. They were heavenly. Please come here next time you are in New York! From the adorable and incredibly attentive server to the last crumb this place was a delight. I went with a group of friends who... didn’t have a single bad thing to say. They were very considerate of our friends gluten allergy and even that tasted out ofthis world. Our server Kristen was even kind enough to get the name of the gluten free bread so our friend could purchase it forherself. I loved this place. I went on Saturday to celebrate my sister and brother’s birthday. I ordered the braised short rib mushroom... risotto. I don’t like the texture of mushrooms but the way they cooked the mushrooms in this risotto was soft and tender. Therisotto was perfectly cooked. I also order their Yuzu cocktail and it was good too. I would’ve wanted it to taste more of thegin but it was good nonetheless. I am definitely coming back. It’s definitely a good place to hang out with friends. The musicis a little too loud so you have to shout to talk with friends but I was expecting it since it has a bar. Read more

Ah, what a place. What a cocktail, what a server. Amazing. Grilled octopus is really good! But don't order cheese board, its... just 3 slices of cheese and lots of bread for 16$. Not worth it. Everything else is great! Read more
My coworkers and I went in and saw they had wine week so I tried out the flight with pairings which were all very delicious. We... had nachos, truffle fries, and brussels sprouts. Love the service and environment, have been here 3 times and had a verypleasant experience each time. Read more
