I get no gratification for writing this review but only hope the owners heed the warning. Your pizza is hands down the best... pizza in town. Yesterday afternoon (about 12:30) I order a pie for pick up. The girl that answers the call tells me 20 mins. Iarrive 25 mins later. When I walk in & tell the girl that I am here for a large pie pick up, I see her turn to the pizza maker &she says something in Spanish. I then see the pizza maker frantically making a pie. The girl looks at me & says 5 more minutes.I ask her if the pie is already in the oven. She tells me YES. 5 minutes later I see the pizza maker pull the pie out that hewas frantically making 5 minutes earlier. I ask the girl if that was my pie. She says YES. The PIE WAS RAW. At this point I lookat the girl & tell her that it is in her best interest not to LIE to the customer & try to sell me a raw pie. I get nothing butattitude & confusion from her. She knows damn well what she did. Don't treat your customers like idiots. Words of wisdom to theowner.....find workers that value your clients instead of treating them like $hit. Read more

Ordered pizza and another item from their menu. When the food was delivered the delivery guy tells us sorry but there is no more... of the item we ordered. They couldn't call to tell me that so I didn't just eat a slice of pizza for dinner?? Then I called andthe girl who works there said ....ok? Then I realized the pizza we ordered was missing toppings paid for, so more attitudesuntil she sent another slice and garlic bread, which we thought was on the house for the confusion. Turns out they didn't tellthe delivery guy this so he waited and tried to get us to pay until I explained to him it was supposed to be free as told. Theirpizza was not bad which is why I'm giving it two stars and maybe their food is great, but because of that girl's rude attitude,I will go to any other place but this one. Read more

Id rate negative 1, but isn't an option. Absolutely the rudest experience I've dealt with with any restaurant, and I order a lot... of food (was a former chef and am nearly 50). Person I talked to on the phone should be fired for treating me like I was aplebeian for ordering through Slice, refused to cancel my order after asking nicely, wouldn't deliver even though it plainlysays they do and was absolutely rude. If I were there in person, there'd be a confrontation as you don't treat someone withutter disrespect in the service industry like that. Ill be telling everyone I know, including my 60k readers a month on a verypopular nyc website about this as well. Read more
