Service horrible. Seems our server was also bartender. Kitchen took almost 1 hour to get my meal out. But my guest took another... 3/4 hrs. Then hers was now well done as ordered. I stead of rolls they served dried crisps. No taste. Bit liquor great butexpense. N deserts were delicious. Sad all we got from various staff members were passing the blame but did nothing about theissues. But it was nice knowing that other patrons had same issue. Won't recomend. Read more

So, looking for a restaurant that serves mushroom soup, we endeavored to try the Back Burner Restaurant. The atmosphere is very... romantic although the lighting could be a bit more reader friendly as I struggled to see the menu. But what an amazing meal! Westarted with the stuffed crab imperial mushrooms. Then on to the pumpkin mushroom soup, which I had never heard of, let alonetasted but amazing! And then for the main course. We went with the chef suggestion sirloin and the brazed short rib. A steak wasperfectly cooked to medium rare, and a very large portion. The short rib was amazing! Chefs grilled carrots, potato puree alongwith his amazing sauce, which I could have used a little bit more of but nonetheless, perfect fall-aparty goodness. Our hostess,Diane was absolutely amazing. Very friendly, personable, and a delight to talk to. We hope to return soon. And did I mention thesuperb cocktails? Do yourself a favor, skip the Redfire and go to the Back Burner. You won't be disappointed. Read more

Love, Love, this restaurant. Had the pumpkin mushroom soup, which sounds weird but is outstanding. I had the short rib for... dinner and my wife had the grilled eggplant. The short rib was very tender and delicious. The portion was good as well. My wifeloved the grilled eggplant. Alcoholic drinks were very good. Service was a little slow. I think they were a little shortstaffed. Read more

We went on a whim, without reservations, but they were able to see us. Ordered the New York strip special and the lamb followed... by creme brulee. The food was excellent, the meats cooked perfectly and the dessert was divine. Service was on the slow side, they seem to be short staffed, unfortunately that seems to be the norm everywhere these days. We will definitely return. Read more

Nice and warm, I was there for group meeting and service was very good, I tried salmon and was very good! You can seat at bar... and await for your seat while taking your drink, though place is all and when everyone is taking, becomes noisy. Read more
