The place was organized in getting you order but the lady at the register looked miserable. Not asking to be her friend but with... every customer she was sour in her greeting. Smile once in a while, people are more inclined to buy more with a smile. Read more

Crispy bacon! I don?t know what it is that the other local Dunkins can?t seem to make crispy bacon but this one has it down to a... science. We go out of our way to go to this one for the bacon. Ordering gets a bit confusing without labels or names whenmultiple mobile orders are sitting on the counter. They usually can keep faces straight but we have seen orders get handed tothe wrong people. Pros and cons but overall nice people and if you double check your order you?ll be in good shape. (Stickers oncups and names for orders would be a good addition for dunkin in general.) Read more
Ladys that were working were awesome!! Never had a bad experience!! Keep up the great work!! I also had 2 free beverage coupons... from the dunkin app.. I cant stress enough how great the app is.. when u order food and drinks u get points and those points addup fast.... Read more
They make up the prices and rules at this location. Coupons that apply at every other DD in Delaware do not apply at this... dunkin. Deals and promotions ironically never apply to the beverage you want, even though the sign says otherwise. Staff isunfriendly and disrespectful. They?re penny pinch every chance they get. Would not recommend. Read more
Wanted to leave a good review because everytime we go in and ask for the Beyond Sandwich with no egg and no cheese this DD... always gets it right and not only gets it right but gives us 2 beyond patties for the price of one. Recommend going to this spotif you are vegan! Read more
Worst service ever. I am a veteran. The national Dunkin? Donuts office is offering one free donut for veterans on Veterans Day.... I came in today (11/11/22) and asked for a donut and showed my military ID. THEY TOLD ME THAT I WOULD HAVE TO BUY A COFFEE TOGET THE FREE DONUT. That literally isn?t a part of the offer. When I showed the lady at the counter the website from the Dunkin?Donuts corporate office she finally relented and basically threw a donut at my face. Screw off lady. You people are genuinelyterrible human beings with dark souls. My family are also immigrants from India. If you don?t respect the culture of America,go the hell back. We don?t want you here. Read more
