Put me on hold twice. Kept me on hold for 5 minutes before hanging up - both times, believe it or not. I ordered when I got... there of course, but the staff got distracted and didn't make the food. They realized 15 minutes after the fact that they stillhad a ticket hanging, so it was almost 20 minutes before I received the order. My sons order was wrong. And they somehow "lost"my burger in the process! Normally they're so good at this location. What a nightmare! Read more
This particular Five Guys was amazing! The cashier was the most gracious and kind young man and the food was delicious! Also,... this one was very clean and I used the bathroom and that was also very clean. Absolutely 5 stars!! Read more

They have the best fried burger and fries I have ever eaten. I love their milkshakes too. Everything tastes so fresh and smells... so good. They also have friendly workers who work hard to ensure the food is cooked well. Read more
just way too good to criticize. expect to pay over $10 just for the sandwich, and then realize it's totally worth it. also... expect a huge pile of fresh, clean french fries cooked in peanut oil. you can start the diet tomorrow. Read more
They almost deserve 5 stars but if I pay 10 dollars for a hamburger it should come on an amazing bun. Why do 5 guys have the... worst buns on earth? They fall apart. Other than the price and buns, service is decent and food is good. Nobody seems happyworking there. Read more

The food was okay. It was a super long wait time though, so I was about 20 minute drive away. That's pretty far, and I ordered... the order through Doordarsh and even the app said for how far i was the order will most likely be ready by my arrival. I getthere and another 20 minutes is needed for just a burger. Also $40 for one burger and some fires. Five guys charges a ridiculousamount. And when I for the food it tasted alright nothing bad but nothing fantastic. Normal fast food tasting burger. Oh but forhow long they took for the burger the fries were super cold. Read more
