Never had more issues ordering from a pizza place in my life.
I want to give zero star for this store. may/ 13 /22 9pm. I ordered two pizza and soda. they delivered wrong house and no... refund my money back that day. i called them one lady name suzy or Susie whatever.... she said that she is the manager of storeand she will give me refund and NEXT TIME free pizza WHEN YOU call our STORE. haha.... two days later i check my card statement.they didn't refund my money back. so i called again. same lady answer the phone and she said " only i can give you free pizza ?.WHAT ? what do you mean " FREE PIZZA" I paid money(NO REFUND) and you didn't deliver . what A Scam business ..... she handedover the phone to another lady that introduce herself store general manager name Daniel. (by the way, how many manager do youguys have?) she was worst . she was very rude to me here is reason 1. she has to apology to customer when this kind of happen(politely) 2.she cut it when customer complaint what is the problems 3. she was only depend her employee's fault . she doesn'tcare valuable customer. 4.she threaten customer about refund money back like this.... " i don't give you money back if you raiseyour voice and call my employee liar...etc" 5. i asked her full name . she said i wont tell you . it's personal information.WHAT? did i asked your phone number? you have to tell your name to customer when they ask if you are general manager of store 6.she raised voice to customer and yelled to customer and hang up on customer WOW.....UNBELIVERERBLE PAPA JONES. EDUCATE YOUREMPLOYEE I paid and ordered pizza ..... people can mistake... they can deliver to wrong house.... after that their response washorrible. i dont speak english very well. but i have to write down here something . she might be under estimate me because idont speak english very well ... that was why she hang up on me so rudely.... Ordered 2 large pizzas, they came in oval shape and the crust wasn?t cooked properly.. we had to trash them off.. never going to... order pizza from this store.. Read more
Think these kids behind the counter are stoned. And between Papa John's corporate and this local franchisee I'm not sure who's... worse. A few times I got ingredients on my order that don't exist on the item. Placed an order for my "quality guarantee" wastold 2 hours for delivery and that was ok. Until it never showed up and never got a call. Still a charge on the credit card, itwas "my fault" I didn't want to pick up. I'm just done with this store. Read more
Horrible customer service from the belligerent manager at the Lantana Square, Hockessin, Delaware shop. Ordered one small pizza... for carry out and showed up at the designated time and was told it would be another 45 minutes and I could ?just wait.? I askedif they could deliver it instead as we were heading to the pool and his head almost exploded. I told him I came at the time onmy confirmation email snd he said ?that?s just for entertainment purposes, we do not honor those times.? He is the mostunprofessional disgusting person I?ve ever had to deal with. Read more
Yesterday I had a complaint with service at Newark De main street and had the police call. I video recorded this unfortunate... event, but some Papa John's management still treat people of color like second class citizens. The food is satisfactory at bestand they should keep there customer base happy. Read more
Dry pizza with no sauce, super dry. Crust was super dry. Pizza wasn't cut properly. Worst papa John's experience! Also there... were tons of flies inside, really gross. Read more
They say they deliver in a 5 mile radius. We live 4.6 miles. I called to place an order, but the number on the website doesn?t... go directly to the Papa John?s in Hockessin, she had to transfer me because she said we were outside the radius when we aren?t They never picked up. She said if they don?t call back and press 5. I did that 3 times and they never picked up. I guess theydon?t want the business. Read more
