Very busy location and I'm assuming short staffed. In store was closed with a note on the door saying drive through only. I had... placed a pre order for in store pickup and had to wait 20 mins in the drive through line since I already paid and couldn'tcancel my order. I wouldn't have placed the pre order if I knew I'd have to wait in the drive through line. The app needs to beupdated to say that if the store can't accommodate pre orders. Read more

Love Vivian!!!! I asked to be surprised with a dairy free coffee and I was not disappointed!!!! Vivian was so nice and an... amazing conversationist. She made me an oat milk latte with hazelnut flavor and carmel drizzle ! It was amazing. Will definitelybe one of my go too?s now. She was so happy that I asked her to surprise me with a drink. Went into the drive thru in my area- was one car back from the speaker to order- waited in line for 35-40 minutes!! Totally... understand things take longer these days due to help shortage but that much time is unacceptable. I have been to other Starbucksand never waited that long. Read more
Its Starbucks. It is good at what it does but what it does is sell coffee flavored beverages. However the staff is really nice... and they clean (sweep and mop) UNDER the shelves nightly. That is so amazing. Much more than I expect from a chain with youngerpeople working at it. Read more
Been going to this Starbucks for long time. Usually drive through hostess are professional. Today I had the worst, poor attitude... because I ask for black coffee cream and raw sugar on the side. After waiting 7 minutes she gave me no sugar and no cream. WhenI asked felt like I ask her to climb mountain with poor attitude she gave me 2 regular sugar and no cream. I do understand thehelp situation in the service industry, but a little management training will go long way. Read more
