I'm not a fan of Dominos, but I have to say.... This particular Dominos is actually very good. For fast food style pizza, they... are definitely doing good job. We have been ordering from them for 5 years and their pizza has been very consistent. OtherDomino's lack cheese, sauce and toppings. Not this place. No bad experiences in over a year from ordering! The Pizza always comes out hot fresh. Toppings never taste stale. The delivery... drivers are always friendly. Up until this year we've always had a pretty good experience with this store. I don't know what has changed but horrible service... does not even begin to describe it. The number of late orders and cold pizza have now grown too numerous to count. We areliterally six minutes away so no excuse will do for me. Now every time I try to order they either aren't accepting online ordersor they are not delivering. Not sure why... there's never any explanation. That leaves me trying to call the store and order...which I do, but they never answer the phone. E.g. > I just called... put my phone on speaker and held for 17 minutes and 44seconds. What excuse could Dominoes give me for that... I'm curious. During that hold time I called Pizza Hut and placed anorder. Cue canned response and apology for Dominoes management in 3..2..1.. Read more
So where do I start ... my order was placed and said it would be delivered within 40 minutes then over an hour and half later I... was informed from someone at the store that a delivery driver sat outside my gate and we didn't answer so came back with ourorder to store when I didn't answer my "gate". First we don't have a gate. Second why didn't the driver call my cell phone whenwe didn't answer our "gate" . Third they acted as if like do you still want it. Yes but you do realize it's been over an 1.5hours since our food was supposed to be delivered I'm sure it's cold now. I was told I would get a free voucher for a largepizza then when it finally was delivered my order wasn't even complete which I was told by my driver that I would be refundedfor said items.
