They went above and beyond for us. Accidentally placed the order for carry out. They changed it to delivery and brought it... quickly. And it was for my son?s birthday and they drew a big Godzilla on the box for them. They even called back to get hisname so they could write happy birthday for him. We spent $80.00 on pizza today and found a hair in our pizza. And we usually buy pizza at least once a week for the kids. But on... this order; we called the manager Savannah to let her know that we where upset and that no one wanted to eat any more pizza thatwe had purchased because of the hair. Now we have a bunch of pizza we spend $80.00 on that now will go in the trash. All shetold us was ?ok sorry ?, the way she responded was unprofessional. We where a loyal customer that spend money 2-3 times a monthon pizza. Pizza Hut was the closest place that delivered to our house in Rosehill, Tx. I intended to go to the Subway restaurant which was next door to Subway restaurant no longer exists but they have not removed... the sign from the shopping center so I went to Pizza Hut instead of dominoes which is in the same Shopping Center and everyoneeveryone was very nice and helpful and if I order Pizza Hut online I'm outside the delivery area but the cashier check the mapand I'm actually not so for future deliveries she encouraged me to call my order in and that way I can get Pizza Hut delivered Read more
The chefs have been dropping the ball on their stuffed crusts. Thin, tough crust with little to no sauce it seems like.
They had one guy working inside during the big freeze/snow. He had his hands full as a lady with what looked like 12 pizzas was... picking up her order before us. My husband waited in the car for what was supposed to be curbside. After he went in and foundout what was going everything made sense. The guy was working hard and could not leave the store empty and no one else showed upfor work. After my husband told me, I had him go back up and give him a better tip. Hopefully our little jester let him know heis appreciated. People in the service industry that work during bad weather and pandemics make all of our lives a little easier.He definitely need an management position. Read more
One pizza not cooked completely and the other one was overloaded with sauce with very little toppings. The second pizza was... thrown away. Cookie was dried out and was thrown away, also did not receive everything ordered. Read more
