I just ordered a three piece combo. The man gave me three old dried out pieces of chicken I?ve ever been served. I asked the man... did he have fresh chicken. He gave me some fresh chicken. However, it wasn?t the pieces I initially ordered and paid for?Not tomention the biscuit was old and hard. This establishment doesn?t deserve to be a Popeyes chain. Read more

Great for a quick family dinner when you didn't have anything prepped. Always go for a family meal and have leftovers for days.

The WORST customer service/human interaction I have ever experienced! After reading these horrible reviews I can't say that I'm... saddened that the poor excuse of a "MANAGER" slammed the drive thru window in my face refusing to serve me, all because he wasunable to hear me clearly at the intercom. I drove around to the window since he had a hard time hearing me, when I got to thewindow, he spoke Spanish to me, mind you I speak one language, which is English. Claims to open at 10, doors still locked at 10:05, which is when employees arrived (at least the two I saw). Grills/fryers etc... not even fired up? solamente espanol for the most part (only one English speaker/ the manager I assumed) so don?t expectexpeditious service. Plus one of the workers in the back was busy joking around about a ?Cabron? (prolly me because I had theaudacity to be there at 10:02 AM I suppose, plus when I asked if they were ?open? I got a blank stare so I asked ?Abierto??(?Open??) which I?m sure with my accent was somehow not ?PC? anyway I gave 2 stars because it seemed clean (then again, it didjust open lol). Not recommended. I have never experienced such rudeness, unprofessionalism and racism in my life. Visited this place a week ago via drive-thru... got to the window paid and when the guy at the window gave me my food he literally threw my food at me. Today 8/15/22 I decidedto visit again but this time I went into the lobby. Same guy comes up to the front did not speak nor acknowledge me and rudelysays ?the lobby is closed, I?m not serving you? I look very confused because the lobby door is opened, so as I?m walking out awhite couple and their teen walks into the lobby and I get into my car to watch and he proceeds to take their order and servethem. Being from New Orleans living here and feeling homesick I figured I could go here and experience a bit of home. Neverwould have experienced any what I had experience at this location back home. It?s sickening that a place that has a core of serving great food and wonderful customer service has a person ruining what they stand for Would NEVER visit this establishmentagain. Read more

Absolute trash location. We have given this place "2nd chances" at least 3 times. Never again. This has to be the worst... Popeyes I've ever had to go to twice... let alone be my LOCAL store. $25+ on a box of dried up wings, one breast and one thigh. 2 sandwiches with only stem piece pickle ends, and zero flavor(if owner wants to contest, I have some left and it's still indate so taste it and prove me wrong). DO NOT GO HERE. Go to Tomball or Fairfield. Stop spending money here so this terriblelocation can die. This review does not reflect the store next door, they're awesome people. I was brought lunch yesterday from this place. I ordered nuggets to share with a co worker They tasted ok but a few hours later... we both were complaining about our stomachs feeling on fire. Long story short we both got severe food poisoning from thislocation. I only ate that yesterday so was easy to find the culprit. I have contacted the health department and made a claim. I wonder how many other people, including children, had an eventful night of bowel movements and projectile vomiting... at thesame time. Don't waste your money here Read more

I wish I had read the reviews first too. I just moved to Magnolia so it was my first time coming here and I was so dissapointed... I won?t be back. The chicken was old, the coleslaw looked like soup, and even the stuff they do not have to make was poorquality. Don?t throw away your money here, go somewhere else. Read more
