Opening person this morning at 7am was rude as hell, tried to order breakfast for 7 people ,went to mcD instead which I never... do, and they were a 100x better. Polite helpful and cheerful. Burger king's employee sucks! Read more

First off whoever took the order was rude, I had to repeat my order multiple times because they were carrying on a conversation... with someone else while attempting to take my order. Which was not correct but why go back at this point. Secondly the personwho handed me my food threw her hands out the window as an attempt to stop me from moving forward towards the window as someonewho has spent time in customer service you just don?t do that it?s very inconsiderate and disrespectful to a customer I will notbe back to this location. Ordered 20 of the ham/sausage, egg, and cheese croissant sandwiches for myself and my "crew" (the double sized" sandwiches at... that)! The order was fresh, hot and ready in under 5 minutes! And everything was "Dee-licious" across the board. Thanks to allworking that morning... And it was just shy of lunchtime, as well!! Read more

8 p.m. Wednesday night really no one in line, not busy and yet they still did not get my order. Took the order & money (BUT... somehow it got deleted) as I stood around waiting for my food. Finally inquired why I was waiting so long and found my order wasdeleted. After 20 minutes of waiting I requested a refund and went to McDonald's next door. Read more
The lady taking orders around lunch, Misty, has NO business being an order taker or dealing with customers at all. She has an... attitude every time and that's if she's even paying attention to your order. Today she got very rude with another customer whowas ordering in the other lane. They're apparently was a issue of not being able to hear the customer. So the customer spokelouder and the response from Misty was "you don't have to be a smart alec." The customer replies "well I don't know how loud youneed me to be" and instead of finishing out the order she tells the customer "I'm switching to the other lane". When sheswitched over to the lane that I was in she already had an attitude. She didn't even fully make it through the littleintroductory speech before she stopped herself and didn't say anything. I flat out told her, "With the way you just treated thatcustomer I don't want anything" and left. If she is a hard worker great, but she needs to find another place within the store towork that is not dealing with customers as she does not have the personality that is needed to do it. Read more
