Bad staffing issues. Can't order ahead and expect it to be ready. Menu items missing. Definitely going downhill.

I ordered a quesadilla from your location. It had more cheese than it had chicken. One slice had no chicken only cheese. It was... the worst quesadilla I have ever had in my entire life. We went to this location as it was on the way home in our travels from Pigeon Forge. We actually tried to go the the Taco Bell... close by but they were not open for dining in. I had not been to a Hardee?s in many years. I appreciate that they had hot dogsas one of our kids had been asking for one and most other fast food restaurants do not serve them. All of our food was tasty. The seating seemed to be fairly clean compared to other fast food restaurants we visit. Read more
