I was trying to email you with this complaint but their is email address so I posted on the review.We place a order in... Hodgenville ky, We had order spaghetti with 2 extra meatballs, we had to heat it up in the microwave, but that had to do withthe customer in front of us didn't know what he wanted. I order a all Maui thick crust with mushrooms I didn't get anymushrooms but I did get banana peppers which I didn't ask for. It's never the same so I don't know why I bother asking for it.We order a small order of cinnamon sticks as you notice It was mostly bread and no cinnamon and some tasted like garlic. Thelast time we order. they mess up my pizza and made another one before my husband got there. I really like Hometown used totake daughter when she was younger with D.A.R.E pizza parties in Lagrange Ky. I don't know what's going but it's like no onecares. Read more
Absolutely one of the best pizza's ever!! Great service, we're not doing dine in but very polite and friendly. I will... definitely eat here again!!! Bacon cheeseburger pizza was perfect!! Had an absolute Karen pitching a fit over her order. Thegeneral manager was very patient and stayed composed. Great atmosphere and so friendly. Not to bury the lead, I found a glove cooked into my pizza last night.... See below: I have eaten at Hometown Pizza in... Hodgenville since they opened their doors. I have raved about how much better Hometown Pizza is than any local competitor. I hadinitially given them a great review on Google. I now have to edit my review as they decline as a restaurant. Back in 2001, Iinterviewed for a job at Hometown Pizza. The GM asked me what the most important thing in a restaurant was. I said the qualityof the food and she replied that it is cleanliness. I ended up not taking the job but that quote stuck with me because I thoughtit was interesting. I am left to wonder what has changed over the last 17 years. The place is dirty when I go in there. Thefood had been remaining pretty good but it was just dirty. Then the employees started getting more rude. I had one particularexperience where I called in an order at 9 pm and went to pick it up and the doors were locked and the place was closed down.They close at 10 pm so finding the doors locked before 9:30 after I had called in an order was astonishing. Last night Iordered three pizzas as carry out. I was eating at home and found a rubber glove cooked into my pizza. I am disgusted and don'trecommend this place until they get their act together.
