Had a great experience today. I brought my nieces and nephews in for breakfast and the staff were amazing ???? the manager(a... lady with grey hair and a kind smile)went out of her way to find the toys that the kids were hoping for and the red headed girlat the register was so friendly and kind. This is the worst McDonalds. On 4 occasions I have went to this McDonalds and at 530pm you are being pulled to "park" and fresh... food will be out. I usually do NOT complain but the cashier slammed the window in my face. Not to include.... I understand youdo not have my food but you don't just have a large fry up, no mchickens, no anything to just fix it. Had they told me on thespeaker I would be waiting I would have said it was ok and thank you. No sweet tea, no unsweetened tea, and no food but pullingcars up.... like I said before I try not to complain because people are short staffed but this was wrong. I will be callinguntil I speak to GM or might start calling corporate today until refund and or food is received. Read more
I'm not a huge fan of McDonald's anyway but end up eating here often due to price. Today I go and there was no one in line at... almost 1pm. I pay at the first window and go to the second to be told to park somewhere ("Surprise me and park anywhere" wherethe exact words used). 30 minutes later I had to go back in to get a refund because I still didn't have my food and no longerhad time to wait for them to make me new food!!!!!! The young lady who gave me the refund was very nice and understanding (toldme they most likely gave it to the wrong person), your drive thru team today needs to be retrained or something. There is NOexcuse for this (and yes I have done this type of job at several other fast food places)! Read more
Made my order than once pulled up to the second window, my order was completely wrong and then I realized I was also handed the... wrong receipt entirely for them to have me pull up and wait just for them to hand me my remade order missing majority of it andthen a manager looks at me to ask if I have my receipt , and then follows up with do you even know if u paid the right amount Read more
