Slowest, mediocre pizza place around. Delivery drivers seem to do their best but the people in the store are rude and don?t seem... to ever know what?s going on. Got hung up on when I ordered delivery through the app and got a notification that my food wasready for pickup. Waited 90 minutes for pizza, called after 1 hour to check status and was told it was ready and getting ready to leave store. (... We live 2 miles away) after 30 minutes we called back because it had not been delivered. We were them told that it had not leftyet and was waiting for another pizza to deliver and that the deliveries had to be paired up with another order. 20 minuteslater it showed up cold and returned it. Called the store and said they would refund and sorry. It took 10 minutes for thisconversation because the on duty manager couldn?t take the time to listen to our issue and didn?t really seem to care. They are by far the slowest pizza place in existence. We hadn?t ordered from the in quite some time (they?ve been slow in the... past and the cheese sticks are usually mostly bread), but we decided to try them again tonight. We ordered two pizzas at 6:30. It is 8:10 and they just arrived. For the price you pay, it?s not worth it. We are officially done with ordering from thislocation. Read more
Called and ordered 2 large pizzas was told 15-25 minute wait. We waited 20 minutes, drove down to pick up pizza and waited... another 45 minutes only to be told our order had not been made yet and it was going to be a while longer. Several other peoplein the lobby was experiencing the same issues. Poor customer service, rude employees, I'm glad we are just visiting family anddon't have to deal with this place anymore! Great service but got bbq instead of buffalo wings which screwed my father inlaw cause he doesn't eat pizza or bbq chicken
