If I could give no stars I would worse slow service in history we waited an hour to get a sandwich it's ridiculous

I had to work a 16 hour shift my husband went to pick me up a sub this is what he ordered a foot long on white double meat,... double cheese with onions and banana peppers with a oatmeal and a macadamia cookie What I recieved was foot long with doublemeat regular cheese and black olives with 2 3 over baked cookies I tried calling the store 6 times and no one ever botheredanswering the phone :( Read more
McDonald?s is way better then subway dude . The employees need more training. SMH. I get there from making an online order to... only finding out they we?re out of chicken then to the guy dropping not 1 sandwich but two on the ground . . Then telling methere was no more steak then telling me they had steak but only two . They we?re rude an when they are suppose to take the knifeto shove everything in the sand which he used his hands . But I guess thank god they had gloves on . The sandwich was messy. Kristen and Angela are not wearing masks. I?ve observed every thing they have done since I walked in after I noticed they are... not wearing masks. Didn?t see them change their gloves not 1 time, Kristen is leaning her bare arms across the cuttingboards..... I walked out right away. Went to Subway tonight because Friday is a no cook night for me. I ordered me and my dad a footlong sub that took us almost 45... minutes to get. After getting home with our food I open up my sandwich and it has a awful odor. The meat on my sub was sour. Ihadn't been to subway in awhile and was looking forward to my sub.
