Horrible service and decent food. The waiting time was way too long just to wait for your food and server to come to order! (We... pressed the service bell and no one came to us) The environment, vibe of the restaurant overall is great but it took too long!Server ended up peer pressuring for more tips, but we did not end up with tipping more because it is not worth tipping more forthe service we received. Okay. Waited for too long for the food out. Its used to be very good but not anymore. I’m a regular with my family. We gave... the waitress $50 bill to split into smaller bill for tip. She ended up stealing that $50 and told the other waitress that we didnot tip anything. The other waitress got upset and gave us an attitude and demanded more money. If you want to spend a lot of money on mediocre food. For two people spent $71.98 plus tax of $8.64 with a total coming out as... $80.62. It’s $33.99 a person. The waitress was very rude asking for more money and kept trying to bring back my receipt formore money each time. She didn’t deserve the tip I already gave her. Should have just put zero on there. I wish I can give less than 1 star. Horrible service and horrible meat!! Try to find another place! this place will steal your... money! We came for all you can eat they only brought us food only once and never brought the rest of the food we ordered! All you can eat BBQ Pork belly, brisket and joomooluk were the best. Comes with a large variety of small sides, they were yummy.... Rice got cold fast - wish there was a way to keep it warm longer. Service was a bit on the slow side but I think they areshort-staffed at the moment so no big deal. Overall a nice experience for the first time being here. Read more
So disappointed to try this restaurant tonight. It’s just waste your time and your money to dine in . First complain:We have... five people doing all you can eat. On the menu said under 10 years old will be $17.99. And my little girl is 9 only. But theysaid she is little bit too tall than her age??What??? It sounds so weird. The waitress said have to charge the adultprice$34.99.But on the menu just say what age and how much will be cost .We feeling we get scam from this restaurant. Second complain: It said two hour ordering all you can eat. When we get inside and sit downaround 30 minute. Still no service at all . Until we asking for it. And every table has the ring bell near to calling forservice. Every meat size it is very small and no favor. When we finish the first round. we were trying ring the bell about 4time. Wait for another 25 minute. Then the service slowly came to take the second round order. OMG. One hour was gone. Totallyfeeling disappointed about it.We always love to eat Korean BBQ. I want to start with I use to love coming to this place. My friends and I have been coming here for years, and have always... enjoyed the service and the food. We always come in and we always tip (and tip well) But today 9/25/22 my friend and I wereapproached by the older lady who works there after she made sure she was the one to review the bill before we left. When she sawthe tip I left (which I now realize was was $2.00 off 10%, my mistake I messed up on the math) and she looked at me and asked me“are you not satisfied with our service?” I was shocked because we are always happy with the service everything was fine.And I told her we were and she then said: “If you were happy with our service the you need to tip more. This isn’t even 15%,maybe not even 10% aren’t you going to leave more?” I had no words and said no and walked away. Like I said I understandthat I was a couple bucks off the 10%, that’s on me but just the way she approached my friend and I and was demanding morewhen we didn’t use that much service (we pushed the button once the whole time we were there) she’s usually friendly andwelcoming so this behavior really took me by surprise. Unfortunately from this interaction, I will not be eating here again, andI will not be recommending this place to friends or family. After reading other reviews, I will be double checking my bank tomake sure they don’t add any more money to the tip. Read more
