Noise Level- low Staff- Friendly. teenager and not focused. Not busy at all. Ordering was not a problem and was very quick but... they missed order, we ordered 2 pieces each and they gave one each. when we complained they did correct our order. Read more

A worker there (I think their name is Norma, ID 132945) refused to honor the free medium coffee on 9/29 despite the app showing... the promotion and me showing it to her. She stated since the DD app was not working she could not honor the offer. When I calledthe customer service line however, it states that it should absolutely still be honored. How in earth is it my fault DUNKIN haspoor technical support? I believe I deserve an explanation for why your employees are not honoring your national promotion. Arethey allowed to make up their own rules? Are there no standards? This is predatory and dishonest. And after the last two monthsof dealing with that same person?s rude and annoyed behavior along with constantly leaking coffee cups that I have been refuseda replacement more than once at that same location, I simply cannot take it anymore. My ideal fix would be to wipe thatlocation off the map. However I will settle for an apology from That manager at that specific location, as well as the freecoffee I was supposed to get in the first place. I of course will not be going back. While I understand one customer will notmake or break it, it gives me peace of mind to know I am never going back to the worst DUNKIN in this state I will be reportingthis same location to the Better Business Bureau. I will be reporting as both a scam as well as dishonest practices. At leasthave the decency to pretend not to be the terrible business that you are. This is why people choose Starbucks. Read more

Yesterday I tried to place an order though drive thru. they asked me to repeat my coffee order at least 3 times (it is a med... iced coffee w/skim with 1 packet of sweetener) and a donut. I get up to the window and she hands me the wrong donut. So I handedthe donut back and repeated the one I ordered. Not a huge deal, but she was obviously annoyed. Its not like she paid for andreceived the wrong order, right? Next she hands me a coffee that clearly has cream and not skim. There is a huge difference ifyou have ever ordered them. Skim does not make the coffee white-ish when added. It simply isn't black. When I told them itwasn't skim, she tried to tell me it was and after a second time, she went back and made it properly and I went on with my day.I just assumed it was a bad day. No. Today same drive thru, but there was a nice woman who took my order (the same order asyesterday). I get up to the window and she hands me the RIGHT donut, then the same cranky lady from yesterday tried to hand methe drink with cream AGAIN. So I tell her it isn't skim and she swears to me it was and pushed it into the window. I told herthe only way that would be skim milk is if she poured half of the glass with milk and a splash of coffee. So she rolled her eyesand went back to make it. I swear she came back with the same glass or at least the exact same mistake as the first time. I toldher I didn't want it because it was wrong but I am not going to argue with her. So I left - already paid for the coffee that Ididn't get mind you. I will not be going back to this location anytime soon. She may be an amazing worker and person, butreally should not be in a customer facing job when she is giving the customer attitude when she gets the order wrong. I don'tget how Dunkin' can get coffee wrong soooooo many times (it seems a bit more widespread then you would think) and I NEVER havethis issue anywhere else. Read more

I've been going here regularly. The service is on and off. I've not complain up to now. Today they didn't have croissants or... English muffins in stock. Fine, not the end of the world. But I asked the guy at the drive thru for couple of extra napkins. Hedidn't want to give it and top of showed such a bad attitude and insulted me to move my car from the drive thru. Pathetic. Bad customer service! I went up the drive tru wanting to order and the lady (she was Indian) seemed like she already had an... attitude. She told me to come up to the window when I didn?t even get to order. Once I got there I waited for about 5 mins or sowanting to order. The lady started telling me what I wanted to order and while I was telling her my order she cut me off andshut the window. I wasn?t even done ordering and she was rushing me. She kept shutting the window at me until I told her I haveother things I want to add. It was about 5 things I wanted to order and she seemed mad that I didn?t tell her my full order fromthe beginning but she kept cutting me off. She seemed like she was in a rush when there wasn?t any other cars behind me. Whenshe handed my order it seemed like she wanted to throw it at me. It took about 15 mins for me to just order and get the order. Iwanted to just leave and forget the order but I really just didn?t have time to go somewhere else. Read more

Very happy with the experience I had yesterday! I ordered two lattés yesterday afternoon, and on top of my order, they have me... several FREE doughnuts! I know they're probably required to get rid of excess doughnuts at the end of the day, but it was verynice of them to give a few away for free to me ? Read more

Just went thru the drive thru and it was a less than wonderful experience. The person at the register was curt and not really... friendly. Then my drink cost 2.24, I gave her 2.25 and she didn?t even offer my change. I get that it was only a penny butthat?s basically stealing. If they make a habit of doing this it could probably add up to a tidy sum, a penny here, nickelthere, etc. i didn?t appreciate it and won?t be back? Read more
