I would actually give it 0 stars but have to give it a 1. So I didn't want to leave a bad review to the public but after sending... them a private message about our experience and only getting a thumbs up as a response back, I will now tell the public aboutour bad experience. We only ordered 2 taco dinner plates and 1 coke. It took almost an hour for our dinner to arrive. When itfinally came the rice and beans were cold. So disappointing when we had wanted to try this place for quite sometime. So goodbyeand will promise to tell other family and friends to avoid this place at all costs. Our family went to celebrate my mother-in-law?s birthday. 3 of us arrived a little late but the hostess and manager refused to... seat us with the rest of our party. They claimed the table next to the rest of our party had been reserved even though therestaurant was at 50% capacity at best. There was ample room to accommodate any other large group. All we requested was that thelarge table be switched with two smaller tables., the late comers would occupy one of those leaving the other one available. There wouldn?t have been any space lost but management refused. We would have understood if the restaurant was completely fulland an active waiting list but none of these were true. So we had sit at a different table the entire time. Then the check camein and noticed the food ordered by the late comers was included with the rest of the group. We requested that the check besplit accordingly to tables and the waiter informed us it couldn?t be done since we were one group. We stood our ground and therestaurant finally split the check but charged the smaller table of 3 persons automatically an 18% gratuity!!! The food was okbut we are not going there again. We hope the owners read this review and make the necessary changes in customer service. Read more
Gret atmosphere made me feel like i was in Ensenada Waiting for my Mexican style tacos having chips and salsa so far so good... good music and clean place. Ok I got done with my dinner the tacos were delicious so I ordered a tostada too wich is not too bigbut also delicious I will be back again Thank you. Read more
I ate my food so fast and forgot to take a picture. But, Los Fernandez is a family favorite. We come here for most birthday... occasions and it?s a great option for large parties. The staff is super organized and do not make you feel awkward when you goin with a large group of people that have many different unique orders. They even offer the option to order ahead of time sothey?re prepared and can bring all of your food out when you get there. Los Fernandez is super clean and the food is authenticand tasteful! This was our first time here. I was a little concerned with the negative reviews. We went on a Saturday night and we were... seated right away. After ordering our food it came quickly. Our waitress didn?t speak English but the next time around anotheremployee came with her to translate. It was overall a fairly average Mexican restaurant. We got the fresh guacamole. It wasgood. I posted pictures of our food and one of the restaurant. The horchata was a little generic tasting. The steak on mytacos wasn?t seasoned all that well but it tasted good in the actual tacos. The meat was a little dry. I got a tamale and Iwould never order another one. It was so dry and it actually had a weird color to it. My wife enjoyed her burrito. Read more
This was my first time going there, it was my husband and I. This place is amazing ??? The decor is so beautiful, the staff is... awesome and the food is delicious - they have the best horchata. Our waiter was super friendly and checked on us the rightamount of times! They have someone go and take a picture of whomever is at the table and they sell you a 5x7 (I think that's thepicture size) and 2 key chains for $20 - we liked this since It was our first time going there.
