Ordered food on doordash and it sent my order to this location. I don't understand who was making the food but it made me and my... husband's stomach hurt to the point where he threw up. I'm so glad I didn't order food for my daughter who knows what I would'vedone. I seriously hope this location gets taken off of doordash. My wife picked up two Crispy Chicken sandwiches. These sandwiches were TERRIBLE!!! Both were dry, not crispy at all, and only... had a pickle slice on it. Do yourself a favor and DON'T order the Crispy Chicken sandwich. What happened to you McDonald's. I'mso disappointed!!! Read more

Im not one to write reviews but ? Went to get a quick breakfast and everything went wrong. Daughter specifically wanted pancakes... so we got her the big breakfast. They were going to charge us for 4 of them. I get it, misunderstanding. We pull up to the firstwindow and the cashier said the total but my mom didn?t hear her clearly and asked again how much and the cashier answered VERYrudely. We pull up to the next window and we check the receipt only to see that she didn?t get our drink order right. So we askthem to correct it. We get home, and we were missing my daughters juice. Open up her breakfast and the pancakes were missing aswell.. the pancakes that my little one was really looking forward to. Overall, just very poor service. Read more

I had the best experience at this location than any other. I came on a busy weeknight, and the staff was very hardworking, as... they handled the stressful situation. Huge shoutout to their employee Trey for his amazing customer service under stressfulconditions. He did a wonderful job managing impatient customers and deserves a raise. 10/10 would recommend this location. Also,they had the best Diet Coke of my life. If you go, please ask for Trey and tell him what a wonderful job he is doing andnominate him for employee of the year. Read more

This location is terrible if you come any time except weekday mornings. If it's evening or weekend, go somewhere else. And now... they've even doubled the price of soda. Edit, replying to the below. If you were actually serious as you imply, you would copyit over yourself. I've made my comments, and you've tried to take to private so others don't see and sweep it under the rug. I'm happy to detail the issues, here, for everyone to see. No need to contact me, to resolve this, just fix theproblems. Issues that have been frequent occurrences when visiting on the weekend, and sometimes weekday evenings: -no oneanswering the drive through ordering speaker for extended times -when no one answers and you drive up to the first window, theyhave refused to take orders, even though no one else is there -the drive through regularly sits there for 5 or 10 min not movingat all. Often someone is leaning out the window carrying on a long conversation with a driver -orders being wrong -not giving areceipt so you can't complain on the feedback form -things out of stock, and not being told until after paying These are notone off events. As someone who stops by multiple times per week, there are clear patterns, and it's related to specific staff. The weekday morning staff are friendly and work quickly, it's never taken more than a couple minutes to get through. Read more

Had 2 simple identical kids meals ordered. Waited 15 minutes with 5 cars in front of me. Got the wrong 2 kids meals from the car... before or something.. whatever tell the manager to come out to explain her. She comes out and says I have to go around the drivethrough again that I have to get back in line because she can?t make me the right thing unless I go around. I told her no Ican?t go around again and wait another 15 minutes And that she should be able to fire up my order ahead because they messed up.She says no she can?t and regular team member comes out and ask what I had so I tell her, she goes back, finds my order andbrings it to me. Manager didn?t even think to check first if my order was back there somewhere. Even after I got my ?right?order, 1 of the burgers was wrong with onions and pickles and they were just ketchup. Also no fries in one of the boxes, so Ihave to decide which of my children gets the small fries and the other one nothing?.. cmon guys what kinda business you?rerunning. Big Breakfast missing pancakes plus large watery orange juice. No bueno. Quality is going down at this location. Too bad as I am... a life long Barrington resident and loyal McD customer. Makes me contemplate having to drive to more reliable McD or considerother alternatives. Too bad, kids really like breakfast on Sunday morning. Read more

I've only been through the drive through at this location, but every time they are fast, friendly, and have never messed up my... order. Don't be concerned by the construction next door at the gas station. First time I drove by thinking McDonald's wasclosed for renovations! Read more
