COMPLETELY UNACCEPTABLE! DO NOT GO HERE TO EAT. My family and I are completely appalled at the conditions of this location. We... ate here on Saturday 4/30/22 at 2 pm in Hoffman Estates, IL. We were greeted fine but then the service at the cash register wasconfusing. The girl Viki did not know what she was doing and did not care either. We were looking for a table to sit down at butall of those were dirty because no one took the time to clean up the tables. Then my husband was eating his chicken and cameacross an undesirable piece (may have been undercooked) and then we threw all of our food away half eaten because the qualitywas just not there! We spent $45 to eat here for lunch. I spoke with Viki and Laney and she said she was the manager and theywere short staffed and gave every excuse in the book as to why the restaurant was not clean and orderly and the food was justunacceptable!!
