My three friends and I came here after a concert at NOW Arena. We called Rookies to make sure the kitchen was still open, and... said we had until 11:50 to get an order in. We tried calling back after looking at the menu 6 times on the ride over, but no oneanswered the phone. We got there at 11:39 and told the man seating us that we wanted to eat and he said it was no problem; hesat us and gave us menus. We tried flagging down waitresses but no one would wait on us. Finally we got someone?s attention at11:52 and we were told it was too late. Even after speaking to the manager, we were told there was nothing they could do and thekitchen was already backed up. We would have waited however long we had to for the food, we just wanted to get our order in.Completely unprofessional for a bar that serves food late night and is right down the road from a large venue. Good sports bar with a fun atmosphere. Good place to catch a game, have a drink or two, just grab a bite to eat, or a... combination of all of the above. There is something for everyone, as they have a good variety on the menu. Good service. Thefood was good and fairly priced. Read more

I have been going to here with my husband for lunch for the past 10 plus years and I have never experienced service this BAD. I... would have given half a star if that was an option. My aunt and I stopped in for dinner and we were seated and NO ONE broughtus water or came to take an order. I asked the hostess after 15 plus minutes of nothing was someone going to help us, she saidshe would grab our waitress. The hostess sends this other waitress to our table to see if we have been helped. This waitresswalked past our table 3 times and also saw when we were seated so she knew we had not been helped. She proceeded to say that shewould grab our waitress to help us. At this point we get up to leave because the service at this point is just not it. A group of us went on Wednesday night for $1 hamburger night. Even though short staffed, service and waitress was great. Food... was awesome! Everyone enjoyed they're dinners. Comfortable atmosphere, music not too loud so we were able to talk withoutyelling. Read more

Service seems to be hit or miss, same with cleanliness. However the food always hits. They have awesome deals each day of the... week, larger portions, reasonable pricing. I order something different each time and we?re always pleased. Read more
