Fast service. Fresh food. Clean environment. This place never disappoints.

All the food was all cold, half of the food items didn?t have labels on them, the plates were wet and not cleaned properly. The... tools/tongs to grab were not where they were supposed to be. Their was literally a fly on our food when we told the workersabout it they did nothing. The bathrooms are unsanitary too. no one was wearing a mask in the lines. The floor was wet and theirwas no sign and my sister slipped and got food all over her jeans and shoes. Not to mention i feel so nauseous and sick from thelittle food we ate. for $160 it?s definitely not worth it. not very royal. Read more

Good food. Sanitizers and gloves available. Two clusters of crab legs per person but you can always come back for more. No... lobster. Read more

Been there a few time and I when with 7 other people, love the food and the varitey, Never had problems or with tipping, but... when we payed in cash and we did not do exact change and ask for change back, but the server never gave us change back. Commonsense to give change back right? But the sever just took it and never came back like he/she was trying to not look our way. Read more

My first time here, very unhappy. Food was COLD, did not enjoy my meal at all. The food that was prepared at the grill was not... even good. Really disappointed. We paid around 160$ for 4 adults. It's like 40$ per person! Once we paid and the lady picked upthe signed checked, she still had the audacity to ask for tip. She was like "tip is not included in check" maybe if your foodtasted better and was warm I don't mind tipping. But in this case it was a NO! Read more

Should be less than 5 stars but food is good, review for why. Great variety, selection for a buffer specialy seafood. Always... enjoy eating the crab legs, sometimes a line but you'll always be able to get as much as you want. Traditional Chinese buffetwith, seafood, sushi and hibachi. The foods makes up for the service. Service: The lady who sat us down not in uniform who mayhave been the owner was very nice, plus the ones that are at the crab leg and desert station. Been to this location multipletimes and I always notice with the "servers" aren't very attentive. The one we had today seemed like we were inconveniencingher. Came by 2 times to pick up plates after 6 were already stacked up like a tower. I said thank you everytime she came to pickup plates and to bring the drinks... nothing no response, guess I'm talking to my myself. Drink refills never came, you see youcups empty with full plates one would think hey they want more drinks? Bill was $200 for 6 people, usually I leave 20-25%gratuity but ... I could have done everything she did, ate and saved myself the $15 I left... should have been $0, can't eventhink tipping $40-50 for service like that. Read more

I have been here a few times with good services and tipping was never a problem. But today was a different dining story with my... parents and sister. I have been in food and beverage for 10 years never have I demand for more tip, stand by the table and wavethe receipt in the customer face. We paid our bill and left her a 15% tip she was still unhappy with the amount and started todemand for more. Me, my sister and mom was confused why she was mad. Since we felt awkward with her standing by the table notleaving. We gave her 5 more dollars and she walked away speaking in her naive tongue. Before leaving the buffet I had talk tomaybe manager and ask If they tell their servers it's okay to demand for more tip from customers if they are unsatisfied withthe amount already given to them. The manager told me it up to the customer how much they want to tip the servers shouldn't askfor more. So I told her our server had demand more tip from us and it made me felt unhappy and uncomfortable to end the mealthis way. The manager apologized to us and we left. I know from being a server myself there is some good and some bad tip daysbut that's no still excuse to act that way. It will be awhile or maybe never to coming back here. Read more

Royal Buffet reopened with what looks like half capacity. The food also gets replenished more often since they only fill half... the tray. Food quality is typical of Chinese buffet but it wins on variety. The sheer amount of different selections willensure everyone gets something they like. Read more
