I hate their coffee...too expensive for bitter coffee. So done with this company...too yuppy & too cliche of a place. Gloria... Jeans for the same prices has better coffee! They started making the coffee while I was still customising the drink and said they've already added more syrup than I wanted.... Thankfully my order wasn't confirmed, so I didn't pay and was able to cancel the order without any hassle. Read more

Former Starbucks employee. I come to get a drink and food. Ask for an ice water and they charge $.75 for a cup of water. Never... heard of this in all my years I worked at Starbucks. Not even at target Starbucks or in the airport. Very disappointed. Read more
I mistakenly placed an order at this Starbucks while I was in the hospital. When I went to go pick up my order they told me this... Starbucks does not take mobile orders and that I needed to leave the campus and go pick it up at the Starbucks I ordered from. Ithen asked them am I able to cancel this order and then just replace the order with them. They said they could and when I triedto place my order they told me they did not have it.
