I?ve been here working several mornings in the last few weeks. The team is great! Kind, generous, with great customer service.... There are plenty of staff and they are very welcoming. But I swear they do not mop the bathroom floors. I have been here fourdays in a row in the morning and the floors are just as filthy as the morning before. Today the toilet was obviously justcleaned (yay!) but the floor was still filthy and there was no soap yet again. Read more
The attitude of some of the baristas is awful. Clear indicator that they shouldn?t be working with people.
Renovated location (11/2021?) Looks so open, fresh, airy and welcoming. Even during a busy Saturday morning, and a packed... driveway, there was a short wait on drinks. Excellent service, clean seating area and restrooms. Nice sized outdoor patioseating area, and great window seats inside. Plush leather bench w/outlets along the side is really comfortable for those withlaptops. Fridge and store area was well stocked. Great, fun staff! Read more

One of my favorite Starbucks so far! The employees are so kind and patient! As a customer this is what you look for in a store.
I come to this location once or twice a week. Mostly once a week. Normally I like this place. Today, was not a good... experience. The cashier was training a new hire on how to use the cashier. I tried to order my normal large ice coffee, 5stevias, sugar-free vanilla, and cream. They were out of sugar-free vanilla, again. Not something I like. But, I am ok with it.Life is not perfect. My issue is more about the order he did take. He put normal vanilla, Sweet cream, and stevia. I did notknow about the normal vanilla. The Bearded tall white man who mixes my coffee had to tell me that normal vanilla was used. Thiscashier was not professional at all. He knows I am diabetic. Because I told him that the counter. I do not feel that he shouldbe treating anyone like the way he treated me that day. The tall bearded white man who mixes my coffee is, a shining example ofprofessionalism. I come here on my way to work a few times a month and always have a positive experience. This past week, I walked in to shorty... realize I placed my mobile order to the location nearest my house and Ivy was so very helpful in getting my order ready andensuring I wasn?t double charged. I had to say that the coffee was well made. The place it?s very nice and sunny. But only one complaint. After a few hours... consuming inside. They refused to give us refill. I understand that you can?t refill special drinks but you can substitute withregular coffee and teas. Reading the reviews they?re so many complaints, and yes indeed needs some improvement in cleaning.Sometimes we need to renovate our mindset ?? Read more
