Woman was not at counter to greet my friend & I. She was out of the store when we came in yet 3 people were on machines! She... said I NEED to see your ID AFTER we had walked into gaming area. We got drinks and had to go up to counter for refills. Shepoured my friend the wrong drink. She did not sanitize I had to ask. Woman was on her phone..I will not come back. Read more
Stella's is a great place to hang out, have a drink, and win some money. The staff is great. They make sure all the machines a... cleaned and ready for the next patron. Even though there are so many options for hole in the wall gaming I find myself choosingStella's. It's just a great place to play, eat, drink, and have a good time. As a matter of fact I believe stella's staff is thebest around they go out of their way to make sure you have a great experience. They treat all thier guests with the samerespect. Went at 9:30am, OPEN sign was on. Employee was sitting in there, but kept the door locked and completely ignored me, even though... I was pressing the buzzer. She could see me, but just did not even bother to acknowledge my existence. I hope the owner knowsthat their employees are doing this. Frustrating. I have been a longtime patron to many of their locations. I won't be back,though. Read more

Usually a positive experience, good time. One complaint, having to show your driver's license/ID before you can play. Didn't... have any ID with me last night so was prevented from playing, despite being a regular customer and obviously old enough togamble. when I asked the employee, "I don't look old enough to gamble?" she mumbled something about, "No, management -- - " Stupid, policy and a huge turn off. went around the corner to Betty's with no such policy, had a great time and won to boot.. Honestly if it wasn't for the amazing service by a woman named Ada at the Hoffman estates location next to the marianos this... place would be garbage. She's the only thing worth going there. And they would have 0 stars of it were an option. Read more
Nice quiet environment to play, great employees, really bad payouts. Every time I'm there I win fever games that take the money... back when you play them, and watch it happen to most others and it's getting old now. Used to be fun but not when my winningpercentage is below 1% .returned to lower to one star because service is now terrible, I was served one Pepsi as I played andimmediately lost 300$. They have to be bordering on breaking the law here as no one should consistently lose 19 of twenty spinson a game with 1 and 1.6 odds. Its absolutely not a fun place to play anymore. Havnt been up at any point in about 2 years. Juststraight losing. Every once I a very great while ill win a tiny bit of my money back. Its just wrong and someone should bechecking these places.
