Would give 0 stars. The store says opened until 12 AM. we as a family with 2 kids (with a baby) went out of no other option at... 11.10pm. Found the Employee mopping the floor and handling 2 mops. I went inside requesting him the change the glove. TheEmployee/ the Store manager didnt Understand English and was Hesitant to change the Glove. I requested politely I am Vegetatrianplease can you change the glove. The Employee / Store manager confronted and said I cannot change the glove you do not get anysubway you may leave the store. This guy was pretty obviously trying to Save the Glove (CHEAPO) lost a customer. STRICTLY STAYAWAY FROM THIS STORE. WHO KNOWs HE MAY BE MOPPING OR CLEANING THE TOILET BASIN WITH THE SAME GLOVE before I saw him mopping thefloor. Another review below says he was picking his nose.. YUCKY. This Subway is super close to me. I'd be a regular if my first and my last visit went great. The place was clean and the food... was definitely fresh and not just sitting their chilling. Although understanding the man behind the counter was super difficult.And when we order something, That's what we want. Not more. Not less. He then charged us more because we couldn't understandanything to stop him from making these mistakes. I'm 5 months pregnant and subway is the only sandwich place that toast theirsandwiches and is close by! Also they should really watch who is actually eating or just hanging out. Two high school boys kepthopping from one table to another. Making both tables that could hold four people each filthy. My fiance (whose not small) andmyself (whose 5 months pregnant) had to sit at the tiniest table while listening to ignorant high schoolers. And my fiance askedfor his stuff toasted a little more. And mine was already to my liking. He then goes and takes my sandwich and toast it moreeven though I wasn't asked and he didn't listen when I said no! I then took maybe 7 bites outta one half and realized it's solidRock. Me being pregnant. I left very hormonally and very angry and lost my appetite! Great Subway location! Clean and modern. Very fast and efficient team working in tandem on a Thursday at noon. There were 2... people ahead of me in line and they were gone so fast that I wasn't even prepared to order. They must have completed another 4orders before I was done filling my beverage. Stay away... I don't really write reviews and dont let one bad experience ruin it. They recently remodeled and sent coupons to... the houses in the area so I went to check it out. Brijesh is probably the rudest person I've dealt with. First he made a comment"Now that coupons are out, all desis(Indians) are going to come". Like really? Then when I asked for a veggie patty, he saysthey dont have any available and it would take 5 hours for it to cook/thaw. So I said thats find I'll take it home and do it. Sohe goes to the back and comes back with patties and says "Oh, I was able to find a couple." I will NEVER go back to this Subwayagain, and neither should you. They do not know what customer service is and how to treat people. Read more
Just stopped in there today and the service was horrible. I usually see the owner (which knows how to treat customers) but the... lady that was there today had a bad attitude. To top it off, she made my sandwiches so sloppy... just piled some of theingredients all on one spot. I won't be returning here again! Read more
Only customer in shop with no sense of urgency to help me. Had to repeat myself several times. Also when I asked for napkins to... clean some excess pop off my cup and counter she was very stingy. So much for trying to clean up after myself. No tea available.Food was good and loby was clean. Service and attitude is poor. Never smiled once. Read more
Placed an order online for pick-up. Went to collect the order after 30 minutes. The woman at the counter said that something... happened (with the POS machine) when she tried to take a print out of the receipt and denied to fulfill my order - even when Ishow her the payment / order confirmation email from Subway. Had to wait for more than 30 minutes until they sorted it out andgave me the sandwiches. Every time I go in here, there will be a bunch of inexperienced people manning the counter - cluelessabout what needs to be done! Read more
Been to many subway in my life. I'm Indian. This Subway was clean. But service was bad. Dude gave me a look when I asked for the... chicken to be heated. Also veggies seemed to be old or not stored properly. I know this cause I worked at one for 3 years. Also,the workers need to know how to build a sandwich correctly. Distribute evenly. And learn the proper order to build the sandwich.Yikes. Headquarters needs to do a check up on these guys. Read more
